we were going to the convention center every day so the convenience of having a 15-20 minute train ride just a couple of blocks away was important. target is nearby but the only food near the hotel is fast food. we also had a package shipped to the front desk with no problems. overall was a good experience.

It was my third stay. It was great!
Wonderful staff, nice rooms and good continental breakfast. [...] was great! I'm sorry I didn't get to meet [...] who was always kind on the phone.

Great Value, Adequate rooms
The bed was very comfortable. It is an older hotel with some updates. Some questionable businesses in the area. Close to shopping. Some noise from the freeway but not too bad. The breakfast includes some hot items. I would say this was an excellent value but not a luxury experience.

Great Value on a spacious room!
We attended a family reunion in Clackamas. This hotel was wonderful. Quiet, spacious room, A/C worked wonderful on a 100 degree day. Great breakfast the following morning. WiFi worked well, easy connection. Very pleased overall.

Not a Holiday Inn
I reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express, but it turns out that this hotel is no longer a Holiday Inn Express... it is a Ramada Inn. So be warned.

There is a strip club and a tattoo parlor next door to the hotel which let to some "interesting" people lotering around the area.

Great for the price and location
We stayed to be close to our children. Great location--easy in and out.Has all we needed as an older couple. The staff was friendly, and the manager,[...],more than accommodating to a special request. The king bed was GREAT, and the room was fine. Just need a good cup of coffee in the morning--not to be found here.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff
Hotel is consistently excellent. Great staff, friendlyand go out of their way to help. Friends made a last minute reservation & they put themnext door. Request on [...] for adjoining roomswas received and granted. Perfect!

Close to shopping and good restraunts. Also fairly near the MAX light rail so I did not need a car rental.
