Good location

It is a good location with transportation service to the airport. Unfortunately when we flew back and called them to pick us up, the taxi person called out sick. We had to pay for a cab which negated the reason of park and stay. The hotel just said sorry.

We had to stay in the area of local hospital and this hotel was near by. There are limited options, so overall it was fine.

Missing some essentials...

Great location to the summit I was attending close by. The things that were missing.. a directory or folder with some information in it! About the hotel and the area. I had to go to the front desk as I didnt know the number for reception... the guy on desk that evening was wonderful though. And it wasnt his fault.. so I left it. And there was no chair in my room! My husband rang and the phone cord didnt extend so I could sit anywhere to talk to him - not long enough to sit on the bed even! Two tables... but no chair! Very strange and for $104 ... not good enough.

Good location for us

This Ramada provides a good location for us as our daughter lives close by. We found the room to be clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, and everything worked. The breakfast was quite good with lots of choices. The price was a little high for this level of accommodation.

Portland Getaway

The room was very nice, not large, but very comfortable. The breakfast was great with a different main dish every day. They had anything you would want for breakfast! The room was very clean and very quiet. Even though we were on the first floor, we did not hear any noise at all! They even had a computer in the lobby so we could look up directions where we wanted to go! I would definitely stay here again!

Worth staying at to save 100$/night

We had a great time; the price and location made it excellent value, especially considering the hotels in town are 2-3 times the price minimum. The breakfast was adequate-good; eggs, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels, cereals, coffee, instant oatmeal, biscuits, and gravy and cheese omelets(depending on the day). Probably better than a fast food breakfast, not much below the typical breakfast you get at a diner around town. The room was nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're not from Portland, this is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Portland. You can catch a max line in to town, and the tickets for that are $5 for the whole day, great value; you can also risk not buying a ticket and ride for free. Since you're probably on a car at this location, there is a Fred Meyer 3 minutes up the road on 102nd, 5 minutes if you hit a light. There are 2 strip bars next door (if that's your thing#, a mall just a minute or two away, a food cart collection up Stark street past the strip bars #5 minute walk maximum) and it's easy to get to the highway. If you want somewhere comfortable, affordable, and decent, this is a great place to stay.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

See my above description; easy food to buy, places to go to, and things to see from around there. Also, there is a liquor store at the corner of 102 and the street east of Glisan; go there for cheap booze, go to Fred Meyer for cheap food and beer, as well as the food cart on the corner for good eats.

Girls Days Away.

The room was great, hot tub Hot. Personnel were very helpful in telling us the best way to get to Portland, the train. Also told us where the restaurants were. They were very friendly. Also they have a very excellent hot breakfast. Very clean breakfast area. Cookies in the evening. Would be happy to go there again.

Church Meeting

This was my first time staying here. The staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. It was just off of I-205 and conveniently located to where I needed to be the following morning. Only one bad thing was my car was vandalized (rear window wiper was broken in the morning).
