Quality Inn
Got one room on the second floor, door was open and the room was cold. Shut and bolted the door, still had a 1/4 inch gap with cold air blasting through. Turned the heat on High at first, then on low so less fan blowing, still not warming up. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and they were glad to accommodate. Next room was on the first floor, great, comfortable, warm, clean.

Excellent Hotel
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and very personable. When I was unable to return to my room for one night, I was greeted with a 'welcome back' when I returned the following night. The rooms are nice, the free Denny's breakfast is great, and the staff treats visitors who aren't guests with the same respect as guests and even offered my friends (who weren't booked as guests) the luxury of using the hot tub on site if they wished. Room service is prompt and thorough. My room had a slight plumbing hiccup early on, and it was taken care of with utmost urgency and care. Not only would I definitely stay here again if I ever took another trip to Salem, but I would refer it to friends and family, and my friends that toured me around Oregon said that they would most likely refer this hotel to any of their out-of-state visiting friends in the future, as well.

Rooms were WELL above expectations ! Continental breakfast was fine. Easy access to Portland airport. Highly recommend !

hotel is a lot nicer on the insider than outside. A little out of the way if you want to explore Portland. Looks like they just remodeled. However, bed was very worn & saggy. We were only planning to stay one night but decided to stay an extra night. Front desk raised the price although it was mid-week. Their reason was because more people were staying their, more occupancy meant higher prices. [...]

Quality Inn & Suites Airport Convention
The hotel is located next to the MAX station, both a great plus and occasional minus as you can hear the whistles. It is also near a large road and trucks and honking are audible. Not very often but it was noticeable. Other than that I was extremely impressed, especially considering the price. Rooms were in great shape, staff was very nice and the free breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended.

great hotel for the price
Friendly staff, very clean, quality furnishings, comfortabble bed, quiet. Located next to MAX light rail and bus terminal. Good hot breakfast inclulded in very reasonable room rate. Only thing that prevented me from giving five stars is hours of operation of the restraunt were limited. One of the best budget hotels I have stayed in.
