44 stylish and spacious suites and 42 newly renovated modern guest rooms...
Each suite is like a charming apartment, classically appointed and complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and separate sitting room. For the more minimalist approach, recently remodeled rooms are offered at the Inn, located across from the main building, where splendid views of Downtown Portland and Mount Hood highlight the accommodations. "Informal elegance within the soul of a great city."

Not usually the review writer, but this is my exception.

Got to the hotel at 8pm and no one had serviced our room. Only other available room was two bedroom suite. Got into suite and it smelt of vomit and bacon grease. Was missing tv remote, and outlets were coming out of wall, with some outlets dead. In morning go to talk to them and the general manager refuses to comp us more than one night, and offers us a one bedroom queen when we payed for a two bedroom. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! and they don't have clocks in their room. so weird.

Right around the corner from the stadium, tidy rooms, and friendly staff. The good news; no grody carpets. The bad news; no carpets makes for noisy upstairs neighbors.

Good deal.

One of the less expensive hotels in Portland, it's within walking distance of concerts, bars, and the Portland Grill. We were upgraded to a suite for no additional cost because they were filled up, so the value was even better. The next time I find myself in a hotel in Portland for any reason, I'll be staying here again.

Nice NW Portland Inn

The rooms were rather small, and the sound proofing not the best in the land, but the beds were very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the clean styling and aesthetics of the room. You do have to walk a bit to get to the good stuff in NW Portland on 23rd and if you want to get to downtown, but really not that bad.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Hit up 23rd Ave and if you like a really good espresso try out Coffeehouse Northwest which is 2 blocks south on Broadway.

Location

Great location if you have been to Portland in the pass and want to try something new. Parking is free and it's easy to get to all the freeways. Near some great spots to eat as well.

Perfect place to stay made for a perfect visit!

It took me several hours of researching on the internet for a place to stay near downtown Portland. I am very skeptical of motels and fearful of good deals turning into a bad deal. I was impressed with Park Lane Suites and Inn from the moment I walked in to the lobby and then into the Suite. I knew there was a complex (the Inn) across the street and since I was a woman travelling by myself, I called ahead and asked, if possible, if they could locate me in the main building, which are suites. So, for a very reasonable price, I was in a suite, instead of a "motel room". The suite was immaculate, very nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen. I am still talking about it and actually took pictures. I will definitely stay there again. It was only 1 block from my son and in walking distance to everything we needed. Not sure what the smaller rooms at the Inn looked like, but my first impression was definitely a good one. I will stay there again, no question, and refer them to others.

Good deal, good location

We were in town to check out some schools and this location was perfect for downtown access and a large list of dining options. The room was comfortably sized and very clean. There was minimal noise from outside and a small amount of noise from the room above. For the location and cost I would recommend this place to friends.

Great weekend stay,

In town for the Oregon Brew Fest. I booked a standard room for 2 days and everything was good. The rooms were very clean, no carpet and very nicely remodeled. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even offered a choice of upstairs or downstairs room for those of you concerned with noise. Although Park Lanes was fully booked, parking was not a problem. The location of this facility was great for my trip and my room even offered a wonderful view of the city and mountains. Food and transportation were not a far walk or ride. The only bad thing I can say is that a refrigerator/microwave were not available in my standard room.

location great for us, room was fine

In town for "WBF" at Tom McCall Park. Transit pick-up @ the Stadium 3 blocks away was a plus. Also, close to Washington Park,at which we spent time. Found a GREAT deli(The Elephant Deli) 'bout a block away.Bathroom small but nice. Liked the flooring in the room. Oh yes,Next to the Deli, was a Goodwill store. My S.O. liked that.
