Bed bugs

The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and impersonal. I also woke up with bud bites all over my body and believe that my bed may have been infested with bugs. The maid service was fine but the lack of other services definitely made this a budget motel. If I could have afforded something more I would definitely be willing to pay to not be covered in bites.

Motel 6

Pretty good location and great price. Two blocks away from a MAX stop that drops you in downtown Portland for free. Didn't interact with the staff much (just check-in and checkout.) A very ordinary stay, nothing else worth noting in either a positive or negative light. Would stay again just for value and easy access to the MAX. A 15 minute train ride into downtown is well worth the savings of a downtown hotel.

Great Location !

We were able to travel on foot from the Hotel room to where we wanted to go.We saw a concert,Dined,saw a show at Omsi,and did some local shopping.

Cheap. Not very good.

Kinda crummy even for a cheap hotel. Unfriendly staff (except for the cleaning lady). Woke up at 1:30am to my neighbors yelling at each other in the parking lot. The fight went on for a good 15 to 30 minutes. The receptionist didn't do anything. I'm surprised the police didn't show up. For some reason they don't provide shampoo at this hotel (I even asked at the desk). Broken light fixtures. Damp carpet. It's close to 3 light rail lines, which was convenient, but kinda noisy. Also close to the Lloyd Center shopping mall.

Happy hour at the Portland City Grill was great. It's in downtown though, so you'll have to take the MAX or taxi.

Unbeatable location for the price.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Refrigerator was stained and had a smell. Wireless internet connection was too weak to be useful.

Close to several decent dining opportunities. Short walk to Rosa Quarter. Real close to light rail terminal and convention center.
