La Quinta Inn & Suites Portland Airport offers comfort and convenience just a few minutes from the Portland airport. dissapointed big time!!
My daughter was married the day before, just needed a place to get some rest. Asked for late checkout when I checked in at 1 in the morning, they were very nice about giving me untill 2 to check out the next day. But by 8:30 housekeeping was knocking on the door, and I could here them knocking up and down on all the rooms on the floor. Was not able to sleep. by 12:15 they were knocking on my door again asking if i was checked out! ??? Told them I had arranged for late check out. 5 minutes later another person was at the door asking if I had checked out? Bottom line.... I don't think I will stay here again!!

We were in town to visit family on the way to an overnight stay at the beach. Our room was clean, attractive (bed rolled down), and the sheets looked to be of high-quality. Quiet and good breakfast choices, as usual.

Good value hotel
This hotel was easily worth every cent. Great breakfast and easy airport shuttle. They also shuttled us to the rail line...lots of shops and a few restaurants and fast food nearby. friendly staff - couldn't ask for anymore for the price.

Fantastic and Comfortable place to stay.
When my family comes to Portland, we always stay here. The staff is always helpful and we're always striking up a great conversation with them. The hotel has a free and hot continental breakfast every morning between (around) 5:30 am to 9:30 am, and when you sit down to enjoy your coffee, you can watch the news on the LCD big screen in the eating area. After a long day, the beds are the very thing you want to plop down on. Their 24 hour shuttle service is very convenient and reliable. All you have to do is call the hotel from the airport, and they'll come pick you up. They are also very close to the MAX red line (they will shuttle you here too) that can get you to downtown in a snap. We love this place and since we frequent Portland, we frequent La Quinta. Hope this helps!

Good Location, Price, and Breakfast
Good free breakfast. Great service including free deodorant and toothbrush at front desk. Clean hotel except they washed the pillowcases but not the pillows - this made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel.

Very nice place and very clean and feels like a fairly expensive place. One of the beds was sunk in, but worked ok. The continental breakfast was very good and in a very nice comfortable dining area.

great for travelers
Great place for staying the night before catching a flight. Even though the breakfast didn't start until 4 AM, food was available to us when we got down to the lobby at 3:45. Staff was cheerful even at that hour.

Always clean
I like La Quinta but is difficult to eat when you have to cross a wide airport road and are older as I am. It would be nice to be able to get a decent sandwich or soup (not "cup o noodles"). On a more positive note staff and airport pickup and dropoff were excellent and cleanliness and quiet were also excellent.
