Hotel DeLuxe

i had a very comfortable stay here with exceptionally nice staff, extremely comfortable beds. the price to park a car is $25-$29 per night so make sure you bake that into your room charge as it was higher than i expected for travel into a smaller city and is clearly a good profit center for the hotel. it's a solid option for those traveling thru for biz or personal but a little pricey for what it is

Good for a Short Getaway - unless you are wealthy.

Since it was almost 90 degrees, we wished they had a pool. And in general, parking was an additional $25. I had already paid $300 for the room, which was clean and pretty but actually kind of small. The bathroom was pretty awesome. I took a long soak. I would recommend for a treat - unless you are wealthy and can stay for days on end and get the biggest suite. Even then, not in the Summer since they lack a pool. But it was unique and pretty and the staff were very nice. I would go back in the Fall or Winter. Also, location felt very safe.

Happy New Year

Parked car and walked everywhere: Pearl District, Powell's Books, Macy's! Huge bathroom in queen suite and beds were deluxe. Bar with great martini's and some good bites.

retro modern comfort

Loved my stay here! Came with a girlfriend for a weekend getaway. Comfortable - they had a menu of pillow types (!) Nice bed, covers, clean. The room was not large but it was very cute and clean. Easy walking distance to a ton of good spots on the westside. Delicious breakfast in the downstairs restaurant.

Our stay....

Friendly staff. Our room was small & the bathroom was very small, but we managed . I don't like using liquid bath soap, so I requested a bar of soap for my shower. I think you should provide enough of both. Very nice stay. Restaurant was very good...enjoyed our breakfast (we ate there twice). Bath towels were nice and thick and the bedding very nice. Thank U!

Take time to learn the tram system. It is inexpensive, fast, and can get you anywhere you want to go in the city, including the airport.

Excellent Service-Oriented Boutique

I was in town for a wedding and this hotel was conveniently located to my event which was why it was selected, but everything else about it was perfect too - from the price to the service to the amenities to the decor to the cleanliness. Superb. Highly recommended if you're in the downtown Portland area. Neat Old Hollywood feel.
