Comfort and solid amenities just minutes from the airport

it's an awesome trip in portland. all of us were satisfied to live in holiday inn!! it's comfortable and convenient. btw their free internet is pretty good , high speed & stable!!

Good Place To Stay Near PDX
Stayed multiple times at the Holiday Inn Airport Express before and have had really quality service and comfort. Shuttle to airport is excellent and you can park a car there while traveling from PDX and expected to return for another overnight stay.

Great value
The hotel was very close to the airport and finding it was easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I thought our room with two queen beds was big enough for 4 adults. Their choices in breakfast foods was excellent, too. For the price, I think it is a great value and would stay there again.

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
We were there to visit with relatives and to do some shopping. The staff did not seem friendly. It was good to have a hot breakfast, but the food was not very apetizing. The room was clean, but our bathroom was made for short people. The sink and toilet were close to the floor. Check out time was at 11:00 am and at 11:01 am, we had a knock at our door telling us it was time to check out or call the front desk. We have NEVER had this happen before in all the hotels we have stayed in. We were embarassed for us and the hotel.

Take I-84 East or West and you can go to the mountains or ocean in a short drive! Portland is a great location!

Stay just before flight back to Chicago
When we called about the slow draining tub - it was really slow - we were told they would send someone up. After about 30 minutes we phoned again and they said maintenance would not be in for a couple of hours . . . glad I called because we would have missed our flight while we waited. They did give us keys to room next door where we were able to finish up.
