Super value for the money

The hotel was great for the money. It was clean and well kept. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the rest of the room was fine.

The Comfort Suites in Portland was somewhat comfortable. Although the room was, in general, comfortable, the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all and bedding was not provided for this unit, although I had requested a room for 2 adults and 1 child. I would request a room with 2 queen beds if I were to stay here again. Also, I was somewhat disappointed with the continental breakfast..for some reason I thought it was billed as a hot breakfast. The staff was very patient--there were numerous children of all ages--in the lobby, in and out of the pool area, etc. If I needed a room again in that area of Portland, I would consider the Comfort Suites.
