Quick weekend trip!
We had a great time, a little difficult to find at first, but we absolutely enjoyed our weekend. The continental breakfast, the fitness center and pool were open 24-hours, and our room came with everything we needed including a small fridge for our leftover dinner. Overall, the hotel was just as described and our stayed was excellent.

weekend get away
room was very clean, bed was comfy.my girls had a blast in the pool.wish the pool was bigger but it is a decent size.the hot tub was real nice. breakfast in the morning for free was good. filled us up. but if you chose this hotel. make sure you have a credit/debit card with 200.00 on it. for them to hold on to for room damage if it happens. but you gotta wait a few days for it to be released back on to your card. there are many places to eat around there. dont go to the restaurant connected to the hotel. unless you wanna pay 15 and up per person. very pricey. over all. i liked it there and i would stay there again.

No sleep in Gresham
Just so-so
We went to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and were looking for a peaceful and romantic weekend. We were excited by the location but thrown off by the odd entrance setup. We had to circle back as we passed the hotel expecting the entrance to be on the street the address was on. The check in staff was very polite and allowed us to check in early (around noon). The room we were given was large and well equiped, it had a microwave and refridgerator and a seperate prep sink. The desk area was well equiped and the room had a tv and video games which we did not use. It took the air conditioner 2 days to get to a comfortable sleeping temp (I sleep cold). Not that I got much sleep, while the bed was very comfortable (Ipaid for the upgraded bed option) the domestic dispute in the room next door kept me awake until past 4AM on the first night and past midnight on the second. I notified the front desk on both nights and simply got the "we will look into it" brush off from the night clerk. I will not stay there again due to the way it was handled. while the other guests were banging on the walls and yelling, the walls had very poor sound control and made eavesdropping on normal conversation fairly easy. If you choose to stay here stay on the top floor in a corner room away from the street. I used the pool, hottub, and exercise room. The pool was heated to a comfortable temp but there was no clean towels. Xavier's, the attached restaurant was very good and reasonably priced

Try Ringside Steak House, a little spendy but by far the best filet mignon I have ever had! The hazelnut cheesecake was also fantastic.

Good location
The hotel is about half way between downtown with its activities and Mount Hood with its beauty.

Renovation was about to start.
Hotel was starting renovations, and some things seemed a little out of place. Room was good size, a bit dated, thus the impending renovation. What is it with the miserable fluorescent lighting? Never got the TV remote to work right.

A little worn but nice
We stayed there while visiting family in Portland. It was really all fine, just a little tired and in need of some perking up which apparently is in process. The one ridiculous thing was the toaster in the little breakfast bar area. It was four slice with only half working, and a note saying don't use a setting higher than 3 or it will set off the alarm. Why don't they just get a new one??

friendly, helpful staff
Four Points by Sheraton Portland East, Portland, Oregon, was a great place to stay. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the pillows soft and abundant. The complimentary breakfast was a big hit with us, especially the fresh donuts and good coffee. We appreciated the complimentary newspapers, and the selection of books (novels) for our reading pleasure. The staff, including the cleaning staff were thoughtful and pleasant. It was so easy to drive to the airport from the hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

used it mostly to do some work on computer. Had good wireless connection. The continental breakfast was very limited and they did not stock it at all..once it ran out then you were out of luck. Room was big and bed was very comfortable
