Clean, comfortable and close to airport

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. One unexpected plus was the free "breakfast bag"... See full review

Good for the price.

For a moderately priced hotel, everything was a bit better than one might expect.

Cheap hotel and service

One of our group had a ground floor room that offered a coffee pot in the room. Rooms on the upper floors do not come equipped with a coffee pot. The continental breakfast consisted of toast, donuts, apples, oranges, coffee and orange juice. Noise from the room above and beside was disruptive to our sleep. The hottub/pool was out of order. The beds are firm. The hot water ran out at 7am one morning. While the location was convenient to the venue we attended and there's an Elmer's a few blocks away, we will stay somewhere else next year.

Across the Street from MAX

The Econo Lodge was across the street from the MAX rail stop so it is easy to go downtown or to the airport. The room was large and everything was fine except the CFL over the telephone & night stand next to the bed. The switch did not work properly and had to unscrew the bulb to turn the light off. I didn't report the problem until I checked out.
