Good location, clean room

Good location downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, music, etc... Room was very clean and quiet. Valet parking was expensive, $29 / day.

Nice

Great downtown Portland location close to the rapid transit system. If daily parking was less costly I would rate the experience excellent.

Pretty view, pretty room...pretty pricey

The room was very nice. The people were...interesting. But, it is Portland, so I guess I can't complain about that too much! Our room was really clean, had a great view, and a HUGE bathroom! The only complaint I have is that they do not have a lot to park in, only valet, and they did not say that ahead of time. I ended up paying $30/day for the valet parking!

Top Value and Location

This hotel was created from a former office building in an unbeatable location downtown. Everything is brand new and there was a nice view from our room. The decor is a bit on the cartoony side but very clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly but almost too informal. Good breakfast at the cafe in the hotel.

Great downtown Portland hotel

The room was nicely sized with all the amenities one needs for an overnight stay. I have stayed in much higher priced hotels in downtown Portland and this specific hotel was by far the best.

nice rooms but noisy airconditioners

I stay here because it is in a great location, rooms are clean and price is decent. The AC though is a little loud so it takes a little while to get to bed.

great place to stay

Great location, within walking to many places.Check in was quick and friendly. I felt safe with key card needed to get to floors. View was ok. Room was a bit small but clean and all we needed. The art was interesting. Loved the extra pillows on the bed. Breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful but our vouchers (free breakfast included promotion) did not even cover the cost of the food.I would not pay the extra for the free breakfast, its not really free! All around for the price I paid this was a great place and would stay again.
