Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Portland Airport

I was very impressed with my stay at Country Inn, the staff was very cordial, the rooms and facilities were very clean orderly. The continental breakfast was one of the bigger and nicer spreads I have seen in a while, and lunch was very good, at a very reasonable price. The only thing I might suggest to the staff is to put more soap in the room. It was a little frustrating having only one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink (though I am sure that is easily fixed by asking for more). The shuttle service is great to the airport, only took me 7 minutes from door to door. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable rooms and Brenner's restaurant has some of the best dishes with reasonable prices.

I stayed here as i had a business meeting downtown and a early morning (6am) flight the next day. Very comfortable staff nice - room service staff fantastic

Very convenient to the airport. Our bed was very comfortable, buffet breakfast had a good selection, dining room menu also had a good selection and the food was very good. All staff were very frendly and helpful. We plan to return next year.

Every last staff member was outstanding at this hotel from the Front Desk Clerk to the Housekeeper. Genuine smiles from everyone made us feel at home. We loved the breakfast buffet (what's not to like about fresh waffles?) because it had something for every taste. The hotel was convenient to everything and judging from the occupancy each night must be the most popular hotel by the airport.

I stayed here after driving from Bandon for an early morning flight out of Portland. My room was large, clean and comfortable. It was a real bargain. The woman at the desk was nice and helpful suggesting places to eat. I'd definitely stay here agin. The only quirk was that the sink is not in the bathroom, it is outside the bathroom at the side of the large room

great location for my needs and they gave me a good rate for a week of parking my car

Easy, free, and friendly transportation from the airport (but make sure to tip!!!) very clean room. bar/restaurant with friendly waitresses/bartenders and good food. Couldn't ask for much more especially for the price!

We were on a college visit tour. The hotel was nice, comfortable. The only problem was that they charged my card for payment even with the [...] prepayment.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of different times, as a way to turn our rental car in the day before flying back, and not have to deal with it on the morning of our flight. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They have a free breakfast buffet, but because we had to leave to early to do this, they gave us a little bag with some juice, an apple , and a danish. That was a nice touch. The room is very spacious-- a king size bed and a little area with a couch to sit and relax. The inhouse restaurant is not fancy, but not expensive. The indoor pool looked very nice-- but we were too tired to use it.
