Conveniently located just 2 miles East of PDX and minutes from Downtown Portland, The non-smoking Comfort Suites Portland Airport is your ideal destination for your visit to The Rose City. We provide a free airport shuttle starting at 4am and offer a free hot breakfast Buffet at 4am! All our Mini-Suites are equipped with Free Wi-Fi and Flat-screen TVs. A work desk and an ergonomic chair in the room and a business center in the lobby are must haves for the business traveler. Relax in our indoor heated pool and hot tub, or work out in the exercise room. In addition, we also have conference rooms available. We are also just one mile from the Cascade Station Mall and IKEA and the MAX Light Rail System to Downtown and Oregon Convention Center.

Overnighter

dont get confused with the two comfort inns. one is very close to the public transportation, the max, and the other is a little nicer. we used this hotel to gather our other relatives who were flying in at different times from around the us. good breakfast, free! but they have square pillows. yes square, like take the half of your pillow you sleep on and thats what you get. im the type of person who can sleep anywhere, but i can see how having a square pillow may be uncomfortable.

in the pearl district of portland, the first thursday is this art fest, with restaurant and shops that stay open late and vendors and displays on the streets. lots of music, lots of food and fun ot be had!

Good Value

We enjoyed a beautiful, and rare, sunny January afternoon at Portland Meadows for some horse racing then took a wall along the Columbia River near the 33rd Ave boat launch. It was just a short drive back to the hotel and enjoyed a beverage at a sports pub within walking distance from our room.

good for travelers

quick to airport, shuttle begins at 4AM so people can get an early start. Nice beds, good wifi, not stuffy but professional. convenience store and espresso around corner.

Staff went above and beyond

My husband and I just stayed for a quick overnight before flying out the next day. I was able to arrange to drop-off my rental car the night before. The hotel came and picked me up from the drop location. Later that night we realized we only had 5 diapers to last us through the next 24 hours of travel. Since the shuttle wasn't busy, a hotel staff drove me to the nearest super market to buy more diapers. The next morning when the shuttle to the airport was full with other guests, the desk person on duty, took us on a separate trip so that we wouldn't be late for our plane.
