Clarion Hotel Portland International Airport

Great experience at the Clarion! The breakfast offered was fabulous and offered quite a few yummy options. I'll be going back to Portland and will definitely choose the Clarion again.

We booked the first stay at the Clarion with a Park and Fly package and had a wonderful room on the 4th floor. The decor was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable! We booked the second stay through this site. After returning from vacation 10 days later, we were given a room on the second floor across from the elevator. The room was a step up from an economy hotel. The decor was not as nice, and the beds were uncomfortable. If this was my first experience with Clarion, I wouldn't have stayed ever again.

It is always great after a long international flight to get back to the U.S.A. and have such a nice clean bedroom and bathroom. Nice, quiet, and peaceful for those of us who are exhausted from about 31 hours of airline travel.

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next visit to Portland.

The front desk staff are great, but limited in what they can and cannot do. The housekeeping staff save one is good. The save one, was terrible, rude and not accomodating at all. In fact I was made to leave my room so she could clean up. Thats lost time working while waiting, then she didn' t even have the decently to come to lobby and say she was done. I will not be staying there again. Her name was Rosa, I know this because she left a card.

The location was close by everything (great restaurants, night life & golf). The staffs are very helpful and the room was clean. I will stay on this hotel again on my next visit....

We were on the second floor fairly close to the breakfast area on the first floor. The microwave in the breakfast area interfered with the TV in our room; caused a loud hum. Even though there is a note in the room, that if you hang your towels up, they will not replace them to conserve water. Even though we hung them up every day, the maid still replaced them; so much for conservation. The maid also replaced one of the coffee mugs with one that had some major chips on the rim. We took that one down to the desk. All in all, the room was nice but we'll probably try a different hotel next time we're in Portland. So far we've stayed at the Clarion, the Red Lion and the Ramada. All were pretty much the same.

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. My only complaint is that only the shear curtains closed all the way and since I came in from the east and wanted to sleep early, I couldn't close the heavy curtains and make the room dark. I would stay at this hotel again!

The beds were very comfortable and rooms dark. We stayed in Portland to visit the gardens, Columbia River Gorge and waterfalls, Cannon Beach, and shopping. The front desk staff was great. The only negative was the cleaning ladies or breakfast crew were talking loud outside our room each morning around 6am when we were still sleeping. I would also suggest that breakfast stay open until 10 or 1030 for those wanting to get some rest after being aroused from the crew outside their room.

The room was huge, clean and the staff was very friendly. They had an amazing complimentary breakfast as well!
