Things that make you go HMmmm
The room was big and that was a big plus for the amount you pay. However breakfast was frozen waffles, lemonade, toast and raisin bran. Fresh fruit or real juice would have been nice. The toasters were old and it took 10 minutes to get your waffles cooked. The lock to our door broke off, they did fix it for us though. Took us 2 hours to get the sheets, blanketand pillows for the pull out couch. They brought a baby blanket and one pillow, not the 3 we asked for. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes for the right stuff. Our room and hallway constantly smelled like smoke, even though they said the smoking section was on the other side of the hotel, the smell was strong and overpwoering. The room size was great for the price, Having a stove in the room was great. But you had to bring your own cooking pans and cleaning supplies. More Cons than Pros for this hotel! With just a few added and simple touches it could be a great place to come back too.

Rock Hard Bed
The staff was extremely friendly and the airport shuttle was a saving grace. The biggest downfall was the bed was rock hard and we did not sleep well. Rather unfortunate being that our room was a suite. You do get what you pay for though.

America's WORST INN
WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I was trying to safe a few bucks and thought this hotel didn't look bad from the pictures but boy was I wrong!!!! When you first walk in to the small lobby area there's shading looking people hanging out in the lobby only one person working and it took us 15 minutes to check in. We walk down the hall to our room [*] we walk into our room and it smelt like smoke and body odor it didn't look like the even had housekeepers. So after figuring we would not be sleeping due to the dirty sheets on the bed we sat at the table and looked outside into the small parking lot that had a bunch of mexicans in it that started beating up a black guy up then the cops showed up and there was a big scene we couldn't even leave due to the parking lot being totally blocked off. This is NOT a safe place for families [*] this hotel is not sanitary or safe by any means. We had a flight at 3am since we arrvied at 11pm we figured we might as well stay until we droopped off the family at the airport then we drove home 3 hours away just so we didn't have to stay in that hotel any longer it was a waste of 80 dollars (after taxes) When we brought up our disapointments to the hotel we got nothing out of it no sorry or what can we do basically a SCREW off.

the good the bad and the discusting
This place was so poorly taken care of it was bad! The morning staff was very rude, continental breakfast? You mean a plate with frozen waffles and small cheap bread with butter?! There was no conditioner, shampoo etc. Just would not stay there again! Plus guests were laying in their rooms watching tv with the doors opens half dressed it was gross!

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
The bus is right outside of the hotel. It is a short bus ride to the light rail system and all of Portland Metro. (Bus fare is $2.30 for two hours and $4.75 for a day pass; you can use it on all of the transports.)

DISSATISFIED.
NOT A GOOD STAY.
WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM. THE DOOR WAS OPEN. NOT VERY CLEAN,CONFORTIER SMELLED USED. ON OUR SECOND NIGHT.THE KEY CARD DID NOT WORK TO OPEN THE DOOR. WE WERE TOLD THE PERSON THAT HAD LEFT,TOOK THE THE MASTER KEY. IT WOULD BE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WOULD BRING THE KEY. 50 MINUTES LATER THEY SHOWED UP. WHILE WE WERE WAITING WE ASKED IF WE COULD GET SOME WATER. THEY REPLYED. THAT IT WOULD COST US $2.00 A BOTTLE. THE PERSON TRIED TO GET US INTO OUR ROOM,WITH WIPING SOME PADS ON THE KEY SLOT.BUT NO HELP.WE FEEL THEY COULD HAVE DONE MORE TO ACCOMODATE US. WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THEY SAID ALL THEY COULD WAS TO GIVE US A 15% DISCOUNT ON OUR NEXT STAY.BUT I KNOW WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE ANYTIME SOON. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.
