A great value stay
The amenities and room were as expected for Super 8 - excellent. The location was at the outskirts of town which required some travel to see the local sights. the plus? Easy on/off of main route of transportation.

Comfy Low Stress night
Nice to have clean, reasonable rate place to stay after a long days drive. Close to freeway- but quiet- nice pastoral views. Pendleton is a cute town to explore- lots of interesting older buildings/houses.We had nice dinner at Stetson's, took a walk along edge of wheat fields afterwards. Relaxing and restorative!

Stetson's is long time restaurant downtown. It was listed in motel folder. A tad hard to spot (not a lot of frontage, and sign was partially blocked) but Garmin got us there. Easy parking adjacent for dinner, good attentive, friendly service, and nice menu choices. While not top gourmet level, food was good and we had a very pleasant meal.

Run down dirty building/room, terrible.
Got stuck in Pendleton while on my way to see some friends, thought the rate was ok after checking around other hotels, but I was so sorry after I checked into my room, it was dirty, had hair on my pillows, bathtub had foot prints in it, staff was rude when I mentioned the problems, I wish I had spent a little more money and stayed at a cleaner place. Stay away!

room and hotel in general were awesome !very clean, everything worked . I was amazed and the staff was so friendly and helpfull. Breakfast area was spotless and kept clean all the time

wildhorse casino/resort, excellent comedy show , great food and if you like gambling its there as well.

OK Motel but tried to rip us off
I made a reservation on line and when we arrived the front desk person said "That is not one of our rate plans your rate is going to be higher". Would not honor their internet rate.

Only if you want a cheap room
We were there to visit family, so, just wanted a room. Super 8, price wise, was a good deal through [...]. However, I would say that the Pendleton Super 8 is worse than any Motel 6 or other cheap motel I've ever stayed in.Very uncomfortable bed.Small pool, very small hot tub.Saw three different desk people. One was good, one was fair and one needed to take happy drugs.The breakfast is "continental", so, hard to complain about. Very limited though given that most places are serving nearly full breakfasts anymore.OH, worst toilet paper I've ever used. I know that is weird to comment about, but, it stands out.I suggest you spend a few extra bucks on a better place in Pendleton Oregon.

Wild Horse Casino is just a few minute drive from the Super 8. If you want to spend the money to stay at the Casino it would be worth it to do so rather than stay at the Super 8. Also, there are better motels next to the Super from a Red Lion to a Motel 6. A Shari's restaurant is a block away from the 8.

Not what I was expecting!
Superstart breakfast is cereal, bagel or do-it-yourself waffle. (No fresh fruit.) Bath towels were the tiny ones. Soiled carpet & REALLY old, ratty recliner that made my husband itch. Bed was hard. No on-site laundry services. Sorry to say, we'll never stay there again.

good location
Good location; just off freeway. Check-in clerk was very friendly. Room and bathroom was not as clean as would have liked.

No Complaints with Hotel. Rude other guests with unattended children playing and talking in the hallway till 11:00PM.
