What a dirty dump. Room smelled like smoke in the non-smoking room but no wonder with the smoke detector ripped from the ceiling with no battery. Beds were short and lumpy. If anyone would have been around I would have demanded a refund. Oh and the TV was fuzzy, small and gross.

Initially I pulled up seeing the word Motel and my heart sunk. I don't stay in to many motel's for a reason. They are usually dirty and not kept up very well. When I walked in the room, to my surprise, there was nice clean furniture. Nothing was broke or made noise, the refrigerator worked and I did not see one bug! The bathroom was good. My only complaint was it was a shower stall without a bath. Those usually creap me out because there so dirty with tight space but this one was clean and a little more roomy than the usual stall. Good job Ontario! If your a three star hotel person, put the bathroom aside and it will do. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but had options. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Very clean with friendly people. Nice small town feel. We left my credit card at the Mexican restaurant they sent us to, and the restaurant actually sent someone to the motel with my card before I realized I had lost it.

Clean and comfortable

We weren't expecting much for the price - it was clean enough, maybe a little too far off the freeway, close to fairly good eating places, accomodating staff.

I stayed for one night in December; I appreciated being able to park right at the room, it's much easier than having to lug everything through a lobby and all the way to a room. The carpet looked new and was clean, beds were comfortable with soft sheets, and there was a new carpet runner in the bathroom so our feet didn't freeze on the floor. They provide eco-friendly soap, shampoo, and lotion. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and the best part is their breakfast. They have a good assortment of breads, tea, coffee, juices, milk, cold and hot cereals and fresh fruit; it was better than what I have found at the bigger chain hotels. I would definitely recommend this motel due to its cleanliness and convenience as well as very friendly and helpful staff.

Very Dirt, left feeling less rested than when we arrived

There were people smoking next to our door, so we had cigertt smoke in our room. We asked the maid not to clean and she still came in and left our door open, my stuff was still in room din't like coming back to the door open. The shower was dirty with mold. No Coffee, until 730am I had to be some where at 730. It would be nice if they had coffee in the rooms for us that had to leave earier than others.

When we got there my wife noticed blood on the pillow. A previous guest must have had a bad bloody nose and whoever cleaned the room thought putting a clean pillow case over it would make it clean. Then I saw the other pillow looked to have light yellow stains on it. The manager was apologetic and replaced the pillows with new ones but the new pillow cases smelled like smoke. Unfortunately we had booked a second night, for our return trip, ahead of time and stayed in another room. Again we had to have new pillows put on the bed and the shower had a strong odor of mildew. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is nothing fancy, not a new property, but it was $20 a night less expensive than the others, it was clean, quiet, and the clerks were very nice and helpful about where to eat, etc. they provide coffee & continental breakfast in the mornings.
