Welcome to The Landing at Newport. These bayview condominium units are fully furnished and feature one and half bathrooms, gas fireplaces, low maintenance tile entries, maple cabinetry and tile countertops in the kitchens. Many of the units have washers and dryers for your convenience. Often reaching summer temperatures as much as ten degrees warmer than on the beach, this area is usually immune from the summer coastal fog allowing for great fishing, crabbing, and sailing. If you are the type of person who enjoys fabulous views, charming shops and restaurants, local golfing and theater, modern facilities and peace of mind, The Landing At Newport just might be for you. Great experience.

This is a great place right on the bayfront in Newport. Quiet, great room with a gas fireplace and nice kitchen. Noise from other floors noticeable at times but not excessively so.
