Clearly a Budget Hotel
Keeping in mind that you're looking here because it's cheap, you are getting what you pay for. It is close to the beach, in the middle of town, but it is definitely no frills. Despite the "no smoking" room, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We checked in kinda late (10 pm) and the night manager was very rude. The room is small, and the bathroom is tiny. I don't think they expected anyone to actually take a shower in there, because the shower curtain barely keeps the water in the shower. Bottom line: if you are looking for just a low price, that's all you will find here.

Fantastic Charter Boat Fishing Getaway
Great Relaxing weekend! Close to the Charter Boat Fishing excursion - Not too far to drive. Also, if you are a walker you can walk to Nye Beach. Beautiful sunny weather was just an added bonus. Cleaning staff managed to clean our room while we were gone so we didn't even notice they were there. A car ran into one of the posts located at Drive-thru on Friday night and by Sunday that Drive-thru was up and going. The work was taken care of right away.

Just what we needed
close to what we want, close to the beach without the high cost. Everything you could want in the room, except the coffee maker could be bigger (& faster). Very nice over all. I think the motel needs to advertise their amenties better - I did not know beforehand that they had hair dryer, iron, iron board, refrigerator. Plenty of room to move around.

Golden trip
The hotel was nice as ever. Stayed here in Nov. 2011. Nice room, good rates, close to eateries, and the beach I was gold panning at. Will stay again.

Good Location
the room was very clean and it was in a great location. I will be coming back to Newport in the near future and I plan on staying here again. The price was low, which makes it an even better deal.

When we go to Newport, we always enjoy walking along the bay browsing through the shops, watching the sea lions, and enjoying a nice lunch in one of the restaurants.

Well worth the money
Staff was amazing. The room was small, but bed was very comfortable. Room had extra features like microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer and iron. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day. Parking lot was hard to get in and out of, but I would stay in this motel again.

Newport Oregon Beach Vacation
Thank you Orbiz our vacation to newport or beach was wonderful we were so pleased with the location just a 5 min walk and we were on the beach and the little stores and restruants where great i can honestly say our whole vacation there was perfect we also drove th coast line and visited the lighthouses that is a must the shushi was incredable on the beach is newport lobster crispie is highly recommended thanks again for the assistance in our room and rates
