Fantastic for everyone
The staff was among the kindest people my husband and I encountered for years. They made us feel very welcome.

Dwgster and Hubby on The Road
Okay and Cheap
We were going for cheap so it was okay for us even if it was noisy. We were on the first floor and unfortunately had a restless pacer above us till about 2am with a squeaky floor. The road noise settled down nicely, and the room was clean. Not a place to have an extended stay.

The room was small but adequate. It was clean enough. One towel was stained, but the sheets were clean. One of the reasons I chose this hotel over the others was the continental breakfast [...] has listed under amenities. Well there was no continental breakfast. The lady behind the couter said, "Check the website again. We don't have that here." Well I just checked and continental breakfast is still listed under amenities. Also, I guess when I made the reservation online, I entered 1 instead of 2 under the number of guests. On arrival, I was charged an extra $11 for bringing a second guest with me. ???

Terrible location faced gas station
An elderly gentlemen who checked me in had never seen CheapTickets reservation, said this was a first for him, couldn't find hotel name, price or anything on receipt. I couldn't believe my room was on the parking lot of a Chevron gas station that went all night. The street was closed for construction within the block, making it very hard to find the motel. Don't think I have used Cheaptickets before. This was definitely a different experience!
