Over priced overnight stay
Lower rooms were below ground level, felt like a bat in a cave. People could look directly in to our room when getting in to their car. It seems all on line bookings are considered second class folks and directed to the basement and upper 3 floors are for reserved for more affluent folks. Getting to the location after driving around in circles for 20 minutes was extremely aggravating. No continental breakfast for the price asked was not competitive with nearby hotels, we'll do that next time.

Needs updating!
The bed was hard and old. Bathroom outdated. Much better values in that market with other hotels. I would not stay there again.

Very Large Room and Nicely Furnished
Our room was very large and nicely furnished. Nice and quiet also. Our king bed did sag in the middle, but the room was very clean. The restaurant is excellent and the $4.99 breakfast was very good. The only problem we has was that our reservation could not be located and it took us a very long time to get checked in.

Stopover while traveling North
Nice-looking room had items one comes to expect, fridge, microwave, TV, coffeepot, plus a wet bar. No Wi-Fi; $12 charge to access Intenet from TV. Pillows not very comfortable. No fresh air; windows locked closed. Coffepot not clean. Nothing to hold on to in shower. On the plus side, an absolutely surperb restaurant. Since all we needed was some sleep to leave early the next day, we didn't investigate the other amenities.

Great service, great room, recommend!
We wanted a weekend getaway for our anniversary but didn't want to travel too far. We decided on Medford / Jacksonville area just 90 miles from home. We decided to pamper ourselves and got a king size suite with an in-room spa tub. It was expensive, but very well worth it. Every staff member from the front desk to wait staff at the restaraunts and bar to the housekeeping staff were all polite, helpful, clean, kind, smiled, and professional. There were two rooms, with a sitting area, wet bar, kitchen area, and breakfast bar seating. Behind doors was the larger room with the bed, TV, spa, and fireplace. The hotel is very close to the airport but the room was quiet and clean! There is a restaraunt and sports bar on site. We had lots of fun playing pinball, video lotto games, having a beer, and good food at the diner.

nice, clean and comfortable
it was a very pleasant stay. the room was very clean, the staff was friendly. we asked for a room looking on the back so that it would be quiet, and it was indeed quiet. it is very easy to find, right at the exit of the freeway. I would certainly go back.

Friendly staff
The motel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The pool, hot tub and exercise room are in a separate building across the parking lot but it's a nice facility and worth the brief trek outside. The motel gave us coupons for a "$4.99" breakfast (beverage included)in the attached motel. The food is mediocre and not worth the full price, but okay with the coupon. The motel is near many other restaurants and shopping. Rogue Valley Mall is near and easily accessible from the motel.
