Very Large Room and Nicely Furnished
Our room was very large and nicely furnished. Nice and quiet also. Our king bed did sag in the middle, but the room was very clean. The restaurant is excellent and the $4.99 breakfast was very good. The only problem we has was that our reservation could not be located and it took us a very long time to get checked in.

Over priced overnight stay
Lower rooms were below ground level, felt like a bat in a cave. People could look directly in to our room when getting in to their car. It seems all on line bookings are considered second class folks and directed to the basement and upper 3 floors are for reserved for more affluent folks. Getting to the location after driving around in circles for 20 minutes was extremely aggravating. No continental breakfast for the price asked was not competitive with nearby hotels, we'll do that next time.

Average Hotel
Hotel had everything you might need. Our room presented clean, staff at desk was helpful. Hotel Sports Bar folk could use coaching on service and customer attentiveness. Hotel seemed like a place where contracted field workers choose to stay. Lots of pickup trucks and industrial trucks in the parking lot. Additionally, the entry to the hotel is awkward off the interstate and the signage on how to enter the property is inadequate.

Flying out of Medford
Love staying here, enjoy the free shuttle to the airport, and the restaurant is amazing! Everyone is super nice and helpful too. I'll always stay there when needing a place in Medford.

I knew where the hotel was located. Close to the freeway and easy to get to. The hotel staff was good but the staff at the connected restaurant was super. Very friendly and very informative and the food was excellent. Room was very clean and nice...good recliner in room for relaxing. The bed was not as comfy as I would like.

Needs updating!
The bed was hard and old. Bathroom outdated. Much better values in that market with other hotels. I would not stay there again.

Business trip
We planned on staying one night but ended up staying a second night due to some late appointments in Ashland. They gave us an even lower rate than what we got through this site on the second night! The $4.99 breakfast menu is good and served in the hotel restaurant. We plan on staying there again on our next trip to Medford/Ashland.

Good for the price
Easy accessvto thevhighway and good breakfast for 4.99. The bathtub drained very slow, though.

Happy American
needed a place to stay
The $5.00 breakfast vouchers were great and the food was good and the staff was friendly. The pool was cold small and murky. The adjoining room was great but it was a room and not a mini suite like it said on the door. The vending machines were empty but they sold pop and candy in the lobby. Bring bottled water because they ran out and we had a baby with us. It was a nice place to stop while traveling but not a vacation spot. Would stay there again because it was a comfortable bed and friendly staff.
