Cool and Comfortable
We have stayed here twice before on our way to Northern Oregon. It remains clean, comfortable and a welcome sight after a long drive.

This may have been the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. We reserved two rooms; however, one of them smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking facility. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with a different room, which was fine. The pool was nice, and the staff kept the breakfast food coming in the morning.

Medford baseball games
Didn't spend much time there. asked for a wake-up call, never got it. no one at the front desk to check so we had to wait to check out.

Not so good
The internet cannot connect to Apple computers. Noise was SO loud in the morning...The walls are THIN!!!

Nice vacation
The hotel and staff were great, but I've come to expect that at Holiday Inn Express hotels. The breakfast was the only thing that could improve - more fruit, replenished more frequently, but otherwise it was exactly what we were looking for.

High cost for area.

Very Clean
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. We will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large vareity of breakfast items.

Needs a little work
This Holiday Inn Express is undergoing interior renovations, and we know that there are always problems with trying to keep the premises clean under those conditions. However, as far as we could tell, the hallways, which had a lot of dust, dirt, and construction-related debris throughout, were never vacuumed during our 4 night stay. It would have helped the general appearance. Our room wasn't vacuumed either, and wasn't dusted until my husband wrote the date in the dust on the VCR player. We could tell that the bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly because there were pieces of trash underneath the sink area that stayed the entire time. So--the general cleanliness was lacking, even with allowances for the remodeling. On a positive note, the Continental breakfasts were quite good, with a good variety of options and we thought the beds were comfortable.
