One night stay
The King room was great, clean, spacious. The bathtub a little on the small side. We got in too late to enjoy the outdoor spa, so squeezed in the tub to relax. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, though mostly refined carbs, but for the hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. Coffee was excellent! It was great to have the small fridgerator for our on-the-road perishable snacks and drinks.

Good value
The staff and facility are, on the whole, great. Each time I have stayed here the supply to the toilet drips and the bathroom floor is always wet. In addition, you are never certain if you will get all the way through your morning shower with hot water. It sorta comes and goes at will. The rooms are very quiet in spite of its proximity to the freeway and the number of rooms and guests. The little restraurant which shares the parking lot has good food, but can be quite crowded at weekend meal times. Once the road construction beside and in front of the hotel is completed, it will be more convenient. It is just down the street from one of Medford's major hospitals, so is very convenient.

Restaurant next door has huge, tasty meals. There is an off-leash dog park across the street. A block from the dog park is a huge city park with tennis courts, walking paths, picnic tables, walks along the river, and a playground.

Convienient to attractions and clean
We have stayed at this property before. It is right next door to the Black Bear Restaurant where we could meet with family and just across the freeway from Harry and David. They are service oriented and pleasant and "dog friendly".

Enjoyed our stay

A very nice place to rest and make it home while traveling
Very well located, right off of I-5. The handicap room, we requested was well equiped with hand bars making easy for my husband. The bedroom was roomy. We stayed overnight on our way up and down to and from Portland. Now on when I travel I will look for Best Western Hotel wherever we go.

Great Staff
I was in town for an exam. The one night I spent was good. The hotel was packed because there was a state wide girls softball tournament during the weekend. There were families having tailgate parties and crazy kids running and screaming and playing in the pool all the way up to 10p when the pool closed. I tolerated it until 10:15 then I called the front desk, who promptly quieted everyone down. (Thank you!!!) Overall, it is a nice place to stay, and I can imagine that it is usually peacefully quiet.
