Good location but no view
The Palace Inn & Suites is right on Hwy 101 in the middle of Lincoln City, and about a block from the Outlet Mall. Nice clean rooms and a good location to get around town, drive a few blocks to the beach and a couple of miles from the Casino. Nothing special, but a good bargain.

Nice place to stay
This motel is convenietly located near everything in L.C. Clean, comfy and nice. Breakfast was more than adequate. A nice value. Evening staffmember(a young lady) was friendly and cordial. Only minus was the late morning front desk person. An Asian gentleman who barely looked up when we passed him on our way to breakfast and grunted his way through our checkout and request for a copy of our bill. He may have been the owner/manager. Who knows... He'd just have grunted back if I had asked!

It Doesn't get much better.
This is a great motel for value and quality. Went here to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast was adaquate and with a short walk across the street you could have breakfast meat to compliment your waffels, muffins or toast. I couldn't have found a better place for the money. It had it all-convienence, value, clean and quiet. They are very underated. I would definately recommend Palace Inn and Suites and stay there again.

The Hilltop Inn Restaurant is within a good walk to the South, the facility is clean, with good food, and reasonable prices.

Nice motel
Large room, nicely done, pretty little breakfast room w/decent free continental breakfast. Small workout room we didn't use, hot tub was filled with one family, so didn't use it. Heard one complaint re charges they didn't expect.

Still happy after 30 years
Fantastic value- Clean and quiet
Nicely located in the center of Lincoln City. Just a block from the Outlet stores. We traveled up and down the Oregon Coast for three days. It was a nice location to come back to every night. The room was very well kept, and relatively quiet. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend the 4th floor as it was probably the reason for it being so quiet.

Tired of driving.
Nice, clean, and comfortable.
Nice hotel at a good price. Good location just a block from the outlet stores, and accross the street from the beach. Breakfast was standard fare but there were no eggs as promised. I would recommend this to freinds.

Clean, comfortable room but a very boring continental breakfast. Cereal and waffles was all it offered, lacked fresh fruit and only served for 2 hours from 7 to 9 am

O.K.
Continental breakfast was not worth the trip to eat. Pretty bad. The room was fairly stinky too. We travelled with our poodle and were charged an extra $15.00 which is a joke. There was no special cleaning just a dog room. We went out for a fab. breakfas at Wildflower North in Lincoln City. When we came back the maid had gathered our stuff and we barely got there to retrieve it before we checked out.
