The motel was very outdated and under repair. Walls were different colors on the same wall, there was patch work present, the carpets were filthily and moth eaten. There was a lot of building materials on-site in the parking area. The parking area was full of trash all over the pavement. The price charged was way too high for the condition. They also advertise a continental breakfast which is a joke, in comparison to other establishments we have visited in the same general area. We will never be back and we will tell everyone we know never to stay here.

Ended up getting sick first night there from the smell from them working. Construction going on and remodeling. Wish I had know about this and would of booked some other place. Was not happy at all at this place. 0% happy.

We did a late check-in. Had to call for service when we arrived as no one was at the 'all night' front desk. When he arrived he was polite but seemed a little put out by our arrival. The room was small but clean. The shower was not big at all and being directly on the floor with a tiny 2 inch lip meant the entire floor got wet. Which was a mess. Then the neighbors next door spent the ENTIRE night arguing, laughing and being generally loud and unruly. We were afraid to complain as we were in a corner and they were the only neighbors. When we mentioned it the next morning they said, "Yeah we heard" but apparently did nothing to stop it it seems as they continued to be loud up until 9 am the following morning. The view of the ocean was awesome but I would NOT stay here again. I know they can't control the guests per se but having such thin walls made it an awful experience.

I went sight seeing and if you only need a place to sleep, shower and cheap the location is along rte. 101, across the beach. Carpet looks yucky, wear your slippers whenever you walk around the room. the hotel needs upgrading including the walls - you can hear the next door coughing.

The staff did not have our reservation correct. We had paid for two rooms and when we arrived they only had us down for one, even when we showed them our reservations they wanted to put us on different floors. We were traveling with our granddaughter and obviously did not want to be on separate floors. We had requested adjoining rooms when we purchased the accommodations.

The hotel was not clean. Orbitz charged an extra $20 per night for using thier booking service. You could get the same room for $20 less than booked online. I've tried several times to get them to talk to me about this, but their customer service is lousy. If anyone from Orbitz wants to contact me to resolve this issue I welcome them to call me.

I call and told them that i had a disableed person and need something close to elevtor. they put use at the far end of the hotel mother is on oxegen and we had to pack the tanks all the way down the hall. phone in room didnt work had to use cell phone to call front desk. food on floor under bed and the toilet didnt flush right. spa was so full of clorine that could stay in it long and mother could not get in at all the sliding glass door needs fix it cut me on arm had a really hard time open and closeing it. will not stay here ever again. and it was very overpriced for what i got. thank-you rhonda lawrence

The location was nice, right across the Highway from the beach. The check-in/check-out process didn't seem quite right because we were never asked to show ID or sign anything; we just showed up, Saturday, were given our key and just had to drop it off the next morning. If you stay here, I'd recommend waiting until a day or two before to reserve because it's about $20 cheaper, rather than reserving a week in advance. It's not a bad place, the staff was nice, but you do get what you pay for. The walls were thin and we were woken up by our neighbor's shower in the morning.
