Ashley Inn and Suites

We've been coming to Lincoln City for years now, and have stayed at about 10 difference hotels down there. Ashley Inn was very clean, and roomy. It is towards the north end of town, which is fine, but a little ways away from the outlet mall, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was better than I expected, so definitely a thumbs up for that! No bacon no, which isn't cool. Overall, it is a great place to stay when it is on sale. Nothing special, nothing fancy. We would probably come back if the price was right.

This is a great place to stay while in Lincoln City. While you can't see the ocean from the rooms, it is a very short drive to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the pool and spa were great; and the complimentary breakfast was far better than the usual continental fare.

Good rooms, clean and spacious. Good salt water indoor pool. Breakfast was lacking.

It is a nice cozy hotel with slightly bigger than average rooms. The lobby was warm and cozy. Decent snacks were available all night. It was tough to access the hotel by car during busy times, (it was busy a lot because it was new years eve weekend. The desk staff was pleasant and cherry, but they didn't seem to accurate on their information they gave guests. The king bed room we had reserved was given away and we were told we were given an upgrade. This appeared to be a lie as the king bed rooms we saw during the stay were the same as the twin bed room we were given. The hotel was in walking distance to a couple decent places to eat.

The hotel was nice - clean and good amenities. They are understaffed, so there's a wait at the desk every time, but they're friendly about it. They served a real breakfast with eggs and potatoes, cereals, etc.[...]

Good Location right on Rt 101 in Lincoln City near restuarants and shopping,beaches and dining.Big room with comfortable and clean King bed.Room also had a sofa,coffee table,dining table/chairs,microwave and refridge.Well appointed drapes and decor.They're going "GREEN" so you have to ask for shampoo and lotions at front desk.Two small soaps were in room.Although very clean the plumbing had slowness and sound issues.Shower worked good,fancy 20-hole massage nozzle but had a high pitch noise that subsided after a few minutes.Toilet and sink flushed and drained slowly.Great breakfast was included,fruit,scrambled eggs w/sausage or plain homemade biscuits/gravy,breads,oatmeal,coffee,juice in breakfast room off the lobby.Breakfast is on the "EARLY" side though 7-9am. Yes it ENDS at 9:00am so set your alarm.Also has one computer internet in hallway to pool,not so private.Has a nice indoor pool 3-5 feet deep and a side whirlpool/hot tub in corner.It has alot of chipped paint but works well.Elevator was near my room third floor of four and worked fast.Nice Agua leather sofas in lobby and lots of literture and pamphlets to read in the Lobby including a coffee station.Hotel offers Pet friendly section near pool area for those with dogs.Staff was efficient and friendly.Overall a nice Hotel for the price.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. I didnt have the highest expectations, but my expectations were definitly met above and beyond. Great location, great room sizes, friendly and helpful staff!
