Americas Best Inns & Suites-Lincoln City

We had to have a room change because of ants, but they were happy to accomodate us. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, it had hbo. hot tub, but it didn't stay open late enough to use. Friendly staff. No view at all out any windows though. A tad to spendy for it is an older motel

The motel was comfortable but the kept turning off and on every minute making it so i couldn't sleep. the shampoo in plastic pouches would not rip open had to find my pocket knife (not allowed if you fly) Parking was not the best.

We were able to get a reservation on Friday for a room on Saturday. It was a good value for a quick overnight stay at the coast. Good location on Hwy 101 in Lincoln City and only 5 minutes from the casino.

We had to use a plunger every time we used the bathroom. We were not offered a different room nor did a maint person come to fix it. It felt like they did not care about customer service and confort. We told the front desk about what had happend and that we were not happy as she walked away and left us standing there talking to ourselves. Terrible customer service.

The room was not so clean, there was blood on one of the walls and the bed was so hard

The staff was very friendly. Close to all activites like shopping, the beach, and eating. No pool but a comfortable hottub and cozy sauna. Was pleasant but didnt stay in room much. To much stuff to do and see and play on beach.

This was my first time at this hotel. I stayed overnight while visiting relatives in town--I wanted my own space. I thought the experience was just fine. I liked the fact that there was a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board available in the room. Having an ice machine and a snack machine is always nice to have. Having movies to rent was a nice option, too. I enjoyed my breakfast at the hotel of a waffle, banana, and milk. There was also cereal, bagels, coffee, juice, and tea. I would recommend this place to others.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was worn. The carpet needs to be replaced, the bedspreads need to be replaced. Everything was clean, but worn. It was quiet, we rested uninterrupted. If you really need to sleep, this is the place. We tried to eat the free continental breakfast. They told us it was from 7-9 am. We waited until 7:15, there were no hotel staff, and the breakfast room was locked. We had to go out to eat. Would I stay there again, maybe if nothing else was available. It sure wouldn't be worth paying full price for a night. It is ok if you get a deal on the price.

We went to Lincoln City for the Kite Festival. The hotel was very convenient to the festival and to Chinook Winds. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and nice clean rooms.

Very clean updated room, great room for a low price compared to other places we have stayed at in Linclon City. Also very close to Chinook Winds Casino which was our anniverary destination for the weekend, we even won a few hundred so that was a plus. great City and the Outlet mall is a plus.
