Good value

Stayed one night. Arrived late. Left early. Room was clean and compact, with a tiny refrigerator and a microwave stacked on the desk. Good to have. Otherwise, room was stark. One night stand light bulb was burned out. Neighbor guest noise clearly audible, and the type of guest staying there the same night liked to talk, use the cell phone, and smoke in the parking lot. Big negative. Complimentary breakfast was laughable--an exercise in eating corn-based, high-calorie food products with no attention to nutrition. It would be healthier for patrons if they didn't offer such a breakfast. However, since I expected that breakfast would be like this, I was not disappointed. Location and price outweighed the negatives.

Good choice

Clean room. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. Attractive area of town away from traffic but near handsome public buildings (library, civic center), attractively-landscaped park and view of the water.

great staff, meh accomodations

The front desk staff person was wonderful - super helpful and responsive. Otherwise... The room wasn't too clean to start with, and daily service only included taking out trash and restocking towels. I ended up making the bed and cleaning the coffeemaker myself. It was $30/night though, and had WiFi although that's not listed here. The place was pretty quiet overall, on the main strip of Klamath Falls and convenient to the highways.

Great, firm bed

We checked in very late but staff was waiting for us. The bed was very firm and nice to get into after a long day of driving.

Hotel was right across from the Blues Festival at Veterans Park. Very convenient. It was very clean, pleasant, large room. Standard amenities for an economy room.

Great for the price

The staff were ok but when ask for extra towels, we had do seek the office, the toliet was stained but clean able and found a used coffee filter in the coffee pot. Online there was no option to select down stairs for the disabled but they upgraded for free to a down stairs unit.

Nice for budget travellers

Bed was comfortable and clean, the water pressure was excellent and it was a nice surprise to have a mini fridge. Room did smell old but it wasn't overpowering.

first timer

Hotel was fine to stay over night in. They allow pets but they don't provide a place for them to do there duty. Have to walk down the street for that in the park. That was no good.

Good Price

The room is clean, but the bathroom design is not good and it's small. The location is very convenient and close to freeway.
