The hotel ambience, room was great. We had booked a room for 5 through this travel booking site. However when we reached there, the manager said that the max room capacity was 4 and there was no room for 5. We asked him for a roller bed to which he said it wasnt there. We called the call center of this travel booking site to check with the situation, and they replied saying buy another room, which was very rude. We tried explaining to them of the situation but he refused to understand by replying the same thing over and over again. WE spent atleast 1.5 hours in this fuss. Overall, the room was good but the experience with this travel booking site was horrible.

great place, great people
The room was good, bed was comfy and shower was clean! Dvd player didn't work, but that's nothing big! The man at the front desk was very nice! We had a great 2 night stay!!

Good Night's Sleep
We passed through Klamath Falls on the way to Bend. Staff was welcoming and friendly at check in and provided the free WiFi code. The beds were comfortable and the motel clean and quiet, even though it is right on Hwy 97. We got a good night's sleep!

Starvin' Marvin on Austin Street in town was a good breakfast for those of us that wanted more than the continental offerings-large portions and friendly staff.

Good place for the price
This was an overnight stay so it was more or less just a place to sleep. Safe and quiet.

Very good value
It was a quick one day, over night visit, but the room was nice. The mini fridge and microwave were wonderful to have in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only negative thing I would say was that some lunch meat was left in the fridge when I got into the room, but I tossed it out and all was fine after that.

I would say that you don't have to spend money on eating out, with the microwave and mini fridge you can take care of your meals right in the room. The fridge is a larger size mini, with a small area for frozen items.

Great value for this location
This is an older motel that has been nicely renovated. It is very clean and is an outstanding value. A traveler gets more for their buck at this establishment. Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful in meeting one's needs.

Short walk from hotel
This motel is some distance from town, but the value, considering the newly renovated condition and helpful staff, makes up for not being able to walk, or take a short drive, to most of the areas dining establishments. However, there is Molly's, a truck drivers' cafe, right next door. I ate a "too much food" breakfast the morning after my arrival and before I hit the road for Kennewick, WA.

Traveling Couple
Good "Stop and Go" place to stay
Quick overnight stay. Arrived late in evening and had very quick check in service (less than 5 minutes). Cont Breakfast was missed because office didn't open on time at 7 am and we had to get going, so no coffee in morning.
