the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, the parking lot was well lit and I felt safe staying there. the room was reasonably priced.I would stay there again, but I would bring my own pillow

Great value for the price and location
A simple Mom & Pop hotel that was clean and entirely adequate. Be sure to eat at the Indian restaurant Maharaja next door. I recommend this hotel.

Ok for a no frills stay.
Clean, quiet, and ok for the rate. Were allowed to check in an hour early which was nice. We have a small dog and were disappointed to find no pet area on the motel property for our pet to relieve himself plus we could not leave him in the room while we attended a graduation elsewhere. I had called to advise the motel of our pet but was not told prior to our arrival of their pet policy. Had to drive the car across an extremely busy thoroughfare in order to find an unmarked wooded area (city park) where the dog could go to the bathroom.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Econo Lodge in Hillsboro, Oregon. The room was perfect, clean, roomy with a nice microwave, refrigerator and a big selection of cable channels. Continental breakfast served is an nice extra touch. There are plenty of fast food restaurants very close by - like McDonald's and Carl's Jr. and Baskin and Robbins. You don't even need to get in your car. I was visiting a friend who was in the Rehab/Nursing Facility, right across from the Tuality Hospital. It was very convenient for me. No complaints whatsoever! I can't wait to go back!

McDonalds is right next door to the Econo Lodge if you want fast food. Carl's Jr. is across the street and Baskin and Robbins is next door also. Leave your car in the lodge's parking lot and just walk on over. That was extremely convenient for me, since I hate moving my car! The Econo Lodge's Continental Breakfast, served daily, is a big convenience.

Good Budget option in Hillsboro
The Hillsboro Econo Lodge meets every expectation for the budget traveler. Rooms have the usual amenities, everything was in good working order, and the staff was friendly and helpful The neighborhood contains several restaurants within walking distance and is safe.
