Nice Hotel Along The River
This is a nice hotel tucked away in the "Old Town" part of Florence. The room was a good size with all the amenities (fridge, desk, etc.). The view of the river was beautiful. The free breakfast in the morning was also very nice with waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads, etc.

Great location on the Siuslaw river, but....
The river front room was quaint and had a king size bed with a small private deck overlooking the Siuslaw river. Very nice view. The motel is within 1 block of "old town" which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The bad: toilet hadn't been cleaned in a month and spiders were crawling all over the ceiling. For the price I expected better.

Try Siuslaw Coffee Roasters 1/2 block E of the motel. Great coffee & snacks and great atmosphere too. They also have an outside deck on the river for those sunny days on the coast.

Great location, friendly staff
Second time staying here on the river. Great location in the Old Town area, easy walk to shops and restaurants, including the Waterfront Depot. Easy drive south to the incredible Oregon Dunes and north to Heceta Head Lighthouse. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Oregon coast trip
Great location, clean, breakfast available and laundry facilities on site as well. Just minutes from coast and dunes. River beautiful and cute little town with lots of different restaurants to choose from. Rooms have small fridge and microwave so you can have snacks.

clean & comfortable
quick check-in, staff friendly & helpful, good location to explore the town, grab a bite and a nearby restaurant and visit the sand dunes. it was a little difficult to find initally but the road leading to the place is actually right under the bridge

Fabulous River View Room and Great Staff
We were so tired when we checked in but the manager had so many wonderful suggestions we took a brief rest and headed out. Hard to leave the room with such a great river and dunes view. Walked through Old Town and had a snack then did the Getty drive through the dunes and grasslands. So glad we did this. Hotel was older but nicely kept up and rooms were comfortable and very clean. Could spend hours just watching the river there. Sorry to leave. Great staff.

Great Place to Stay
A great place to stay in Florence on Bay Street. They did mix-up my room with an elderly German couple but it worked in my favor.
