Adequate hotel
The hotel is certainly adequate for someone who is planning of just sleeping there. It was clean and warm (in the winter). A very frugal continental breakfast is included.

watch out for the showers!
shower turned cold to hot and hot to cold without touching any of the adjustments, that's right, all by it self!

good location
The girl at the desk was incredibly friendly and very nice. The room was very clean and even had fresh flowers in it. There were 4 pillows on each bed, incredible.

That was a very good and clean inn and I enjoyed my time in there. The area location is wonderful. Only one block down the inn, there is a very beautiful scenery. So many high trees next to a cute lake. It was close to two universities: Oregon State University and Christian University. Close to fast food stores as well as chinise ones. One super market and one drugstore, very close to highways (9, 5, 22,...). The only thing that I did not get it, was $25.00 deposite in arrival time and they return it when you are leaving. Breakfast was good but not complete. In general, I liked it and next time I would like to there again if I go to Eugene again. Thanks manager for everything!

Do not like this hotel
Bathroom fan makes lots of noice and this is the first hotel I have been they charged to use the puller couch. Asked for extra bed and I was told to use the couch and charged $11.00 (told me $10 and charged $11). In addition they blamed me short of towles and charged $40.00. The towels are not new and great to bring it with me. I used to stay at Marriott and this is the first time stayed here and will never do this mistake again.

Good value next to U of O campus
This hotel was convenient and had a great price for a quick stopover. The room was a bit dated, but had a small microwave and mini-fridge which was nice.The only real downside is the beds were quite hard.

The motel was right across the street from Univ. of Oregon Campus. This was very convient for us.
The Univ of Oregon was right across the street from our Motel. We could drive or walk. This saved time and money. Resturants for eating was within the same block of motel. A very good trip my son and I. Thank you very much.

Nice family get together
The University Inn was very nice,and the staff was very helpful with our needs.This motel was very nice,our stay last year was with a different motel, and it wasnt near as nice as this one.So we will stay at the university Inn when we are in Eugene next time.Had a pleasant four days there.I would recommend this motel to others.
