Perfect for visiting OR University
The beds are very comfortable. You can stay all day in it. The only problem is housekeeping only makes the bed and changes towels. Dont leave trash they don't clean it. They leave it

Comfort for a great price
This is a budget hotel that delivers with comfortable beds, a nice clean room that is rather spacious, and a pretty good location within walking distance to food, the University of Oregon, and downtown. The staff is friendly as well. For your price you get a lot of comfort and you feel safe.

Clean Rooms Easy Walk to Autzen stadium
Staff was friendly and great, Clean Rooms, lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance, close to UofO campus and easy(appx 1 mile) walk to Autzen stadium through the park. normal continental breakfast if you go with the oatmeal dont even try to eat it downstairs water isn't hot just take to the room and use the microwave. parking is tight and not alot of it but had no problems on PAC12 championship day. Nice overall. GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME
For Eugene, this hotel is totally rockin'. I have to say that the only thing I didn't care for was the smell of cleaning products in my room. Whoa... ammonia... Other than that, the room was impeccable, the bed was massive and more comfortable than my bed at home and the shower was REALLY awesome. No creepy shower curtain to touch, no shower door, totally open. It's gorgeous. The price was amazing. All love!

Oregon vs USC game
The hotel room was much bigger than we imagined. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nice. Definitely worth the price of what you paid for. Good continental breakfast also.

Clean but a bit expensive
My hotel room was clean with everything in working order but the $150+ rate far outweighed the amenities and overall experience. I didn't experience any problems but felt the accomodations could have been a bit more premium for the rate. If however you are in a pinch and need a room, this hotel was clean, safe, and got the job done.

Comfortable and Convenient
This is my 2nd visit to Sleep Inn and I found the room very clean and comfortable upon entry. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. The ensuite microwave and mini-fridge was very helpful if you want to keep food and beverages in the room. The staff was friendly as well. The walls are a little thin since I could hear the goings on next door but other than that, it is a great and affordable place to stay if you are spending a weekend in town.

If you are attending an event at the University of Oregon, this is a good place to stay since the U of O is a less than 5 min drive away or a long walk away.

Comfortable Bargain!
Sleep Inn is located in a great spot right near Downtown Eugene and U of O. Check-in was super easy and the staff was friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my quick weekend trip. It was affordable and met all my needs.

Ok, not great
Parking lot was extremely small. Continental breakfast nothing special. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows sucked. It was just an average stay. Room was overpriced for amenities.

A short ride down Broadway onto 6th Ave puts you near some quality eateries. You can walk across the street to 7-Eleven and Pancake House. McDonald's is next door.

Okay Hotel
Rooms and bathrooms appear relatively new, but sheets had stains on them. Queen beds were comfortable. Free Wi-Fi does not work well at all. Okay hotel if you can book for a reasonable price.
