While the hotel staff was very helpful this hotel is very run down and lacks basis amenities. The room smelled of mildew and paint was missing from the walls. Certainly not a two star hotel!

Good place
Went to Eugene to run a marathon. Wanted a place to stay that would give me a good night's rest. Got a non-smoking room, was clean, and slept great the whole night through. NO noises and ran a great marathon the next day!

Duck fan stuck in dump
Our dog had better accomodations
I have traveled the world. The Nite Inn now take takes the lead for the worst motel. It has overtaken a flea bag dump in India I had to stay in a few years ago. The place should be leveled and upgraded to a landfill ... all would be better off.

When I checked in, I was very pleased when the young man treated me with great respect, and even accomidated my requests. However that was the only good thing. When I went into my room I noticed the smoke detector was MISSING, I was also put into a non smoking room when I specified smoking. After I checked out I noticed they charged me for an extra night specifically they said because "I had an extra person, smoked in my room, and stole the smoke detector." My reservation was for 2 people, and a smoking room, so that was their fault for not realizing this, and then to accuse me of taking the smoke detector? Thats halarious, what would I want with their smoke detector? Great job being out of code guys, and I was going to write a good review originally.

Blair and 3rd is called the whiticker district (because of the hostel) and there are some nice bars and a brewery along the road.

The hotel is marked as 2-3 stars. I have not seen a poor hotel than this. There were cracks in the walls. The towels were smelling. There were patches made on the wall. The bed was too hard. They advertise that they have morning breakfast but there was no morning breakfast. The hotel sorry not even a motel was very close to the busy road and you can hear the noise of vehicles in the smelly rooms of the hotel.
