Stayed here while my husband was having sleep study at SHMC. Was very cute and clean 50's motel, bath was huge, no complaints at all. Night life was a little odd but not scary.

Freshly Remodeled
Friendly office staff, clean rooms, freshly remodeled,good value. The only downside was there are 28 rooms in the main court and 17 parking places. The place was pretty full the night I was there. I like to park where I can hear my burglar alarm if possible. This wasn't a deal breaker- I will be back the next time I need a room in Eugene.

Just a motel
We were in Eugene to run the (half) marathon and choose this hotel because it is cheap and close to the city center. It had all the basics a motel room needs, the bathroom looked clean and new, but with the typical motel color-scheme (brown/beige). It is located close to the farmers market. The nice thing is that the owner let us check out 2 hours later because of the run! So, a decent overnight stay if you only need a bed, a shower and cable tv.

Giving Mom
Clean and tidy
I was in Eugene visiting my son, and found the Downtown Motel to be conveniently located, clean,, and the staff is friendly. The motel is older, but has been recently remodeled and the price is definitely right. I know I will be staying there in the future and would recommend it anyone looking for an economical and clean hotel,

Immaculate and economical.
The clerk who checked me in was very pleasant and efficient. This motel is reasonably priced and close to downtown. It is an older motel, but the paint is fresh and everything was spotless in my room, which included a small refrigerator and a microwave. A free continental breakfast with cold cereal, milk, fresh fruit, muffins, orange juice, coffee and tea is included.

what a great stay
this was a great place to stay well worth the money it was clean and comfie the beds were in good shape as was the room have stayed in a lot of motels that cost more and in bad shape the parking was at the door the service was great would recomend this motel to any one and if you are on a budget it is the deal of the year

Downtown Motel
We used the hotel as a pit stop before catching a flight. Our room could have used some TLC on the plumbing and sheetrock. Functional, but as females traveling alone, I will skip this motel next time.
