Cheap and okay
Freezing room when we arrived, turned heater on but it buzzed the entire night. Nothing nice about it but the price.

Good Room, Fair Price
While this is a budget motel, management can take pride in its operation. There was a minifridge plus a microwave in my room, both of which I used every day to defray expenses. The room was large and comfortable, the necessities (plumbing, lights, A/C, first-class TV/cable access) all worked just fine, and maid service was available if I needed it throughout the eight days I was a guest. The in-town location in Corvallis is a plus: while the roads are very good, the traffic patterns can be confusing for a new arrival. At age 71 I had driven 3,400 miles cross-country to investigate a relocation to the Corvallis area, and the search turned out to be a challenge ... put another way, my focus was not on sightseeing. But every night I could look forward to returning to a room that dependably provided every amenity I needed to relax and prepare for the next day.

Should you need as I did access to chain stores like Target, Fred Meyer, Safeway, etc., be aware that most of these are not in the city center. A good smartphone app is a huge help, as is a GPS system. But in any case, I advise the directionally-challenged (like me) to prepare for your practical errands before you leave the motel.

The rude, incompetent and disgusting
When we checked in they gave us a room that had not been cleaned. There were soda cans and dirty sheets all over the floor. They refused to give us a different room, instead telling us we would have to come back later when the room was ready. The next day we went sightseeing, when we returned our room had been "cleaned". This consisted of throwing the comforter over the unmaid bed and throwing the pillows on th ground. We decided to leave and not spend another night. There are many nice hotels in Corvallis...I suggest you pick one other than this one!

Awesome McSuper Pants
Great room, Alright price
They had been lacking coffee for the coffee maker. They also need a couple/romantic suite for renting. Room kind of smelled like someone was smoking in it even though it was a non-smoking room.

Was put in a room close to the side street the first night and it was absurdly loud...can't remember the name of the street, but it's the main street headed out of Corvallis. Would not have stayed if they didn't move us. Got moved to the middle and it was a lot better...but only when I mentioned we were in town for a swim meet. Not sure if there's a better value for the $$$...very affordable and close to the new happening area along 1st Street.
