Family fisit
The hotel was both comfortable and convenient for my purposes. Even with the girls soccer team from an out of town college there I had no problems with noise or any other distractions I have had at other hotels.

Great location and nice facility!

LONG DISTANCE WALKER
I realize it's not the Manager's fault, but why is the Handicap room a 5 minute walk from the elevator? If I hadn't had my Walker, I never would have made that LONG treak several times a day. My husband had such a hard time walking that distance that when we left in the morning he stayed away until evening. A FREE Buffet Breakfast should be included when paying $100-200/night.

Ideally located for campus activities
For 50 year college reunion. I'd stay at the hotel again but would probably ask for the top floor. For a Hilton Hotel, it was not very well soundproofed between floors and side walls.

Comfortable and convenient
We especially enjoyed the proximity - walking distance - to Oregon State University, and the room was super clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant food was good with good, friendly service.

Fantastic!
I was attending orientation at the University across the street from this hotel during an unseasonably warm weekend. At the end of the day I was exhausted. I went to check in and the staff were very friendly and had everything ready for check-in. I think less than a minute later I was on my way to my room, key in hand. The room was very clean, very comfortable and well worth the money. The beds were comfortable and the ammenities were everything I expected and more. I never heard another guest during my entire stay. Check out was equally fast and easy. I plan on staying here everytime I visit my son at Oregon State.

Pretty decent
Cookies in the lobby all afternoon, coffee in the morning. Pool was too small to swim laps. Parking was easy. Free internet was convenient. Bathroom was a bit on the small side and the shower curtain jutting out into into the room made it feel a little smaller. Bed was comfortable and climate control was fine. Noise was not an issue at all. The iron looked like someone had made a grilled cheese sandwhich at some point but the rest of the room was clean and tidy. Hotel staff suggested a pizza shop for room delivery as "the only one that is open all the time" but was actually closed.

Long walk from hotel
Go out the front door toward the stadium, walk 3 or 4 blocks. Turn left. Walk 3 blocks. There is a beautiful paved walking/biking trail that starts on the edge of campus and weaves through the agricultural research facilities and fields.

Travler friendly.
My room was large, very clean with a great view and king size bed which is what I wanted. The bathroom was a bit spartan but clean. However, the bed was very hard and tossed & turned all night. Dining was convienent and close. I would return if they had a softer bed. The room rate was a bit pricy for the loss of sleep.

I did enjoy a good seafood diner close to the hotel within walking distance. Everything else required a shot drive.
