This was a good stay due to the courtesies shown by the staff personnel, the room cleanliness, and the general comfortable atmosphere.

This hotel offered only what was needed - nothing more, I have slept in more comfortable beds, the room was merely adequate, breakfast was lacking.

Needs updating and a good cleaning...Won't stay there again..THey allow pets which is fine but had one barking into the early morning....

Wi-fi was down and they did not tell us until we asked about why we couldn't connect. No elevator in the building. We were on the 3rd floor and ice machine was sub-1st floor. Also no visitors guide or TV guide in the room, so it was impossible to tell what channels were which. Breakfast was all carbs and crummy fruit. Pool and spa needed repainting, both appeared filthy, but we realized it was paint and not dirt. But the spa had floating hairs in it. On the plus side, the room was clean, and the AC worked awesome. Cleaning staff were very nice and staff did accommodate our need to store our bikes, because there were no bike racks.

We enjoyed the Belgian waffle self-serve option, along with fruit juices and 2 kinds of fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal, 2 selections of cold cereal to start the day. Found the room clean, comfortable, excellent service. Even liked the soaps- left my skin soft and silky. Talked several times to the desk staff- helpful and courteous. Did not use the pools or laundry facilities. Missed having our own refer and micro, but at this price we felt we received an excellent value. LOVED the location - near to everything we needed.

Positives were clean room, friendly, competent staff and good location near mall for food and cheapest fuel in town according to the staff. Negatives were mushers were spending the night. Dogs in the parking lot. probably 30 dogs.Quiet at night but lots of barking when fed in evening and early a.m. Lots of scooping of doo. Watch for the safe in the room scam. They have a safe you can use if you want. If you don;t use it you have to tell the desk clerk to remove the charge. They didn't tell me this. They had a sign at front desk when I checked out otherwise I would have been charged $1.50.

We were staying 1 night before moving to Sunriver for 3 day conference. It was amazing how many colleagues chose the same hotel because there are a lot of choices in Bend. Computers were down so there was some delays in getting checked in but staff did the best they could to accommodate us. Cleaning staff didn't seem to understand basic English so we didn't ever get washclothes .... no big deal except the towels were pretty small, too. We will definitely be back; it was a good value for the money.

I used the room just to sleep in at night and to shower before my medical conference each morning. It was sufficient for that.

It was good,but the older lady was griping at the younger one and she was doing her best.No one should boss or tell someone what they didn't do right in front of all of us in the breakfast room it was very uncomfortable.Other than that and the smoke hole comforts on the bed all was well with us.
