Good location and facilities
Great room, nice lounge, good location. Not real happy with "permanent guests" in next room that had a litter of puppies barking most of the night as well as one of the occupants was witnessed stealing money from a woman's coat in the bar. When I informed the front desk, their reassurance was that those guests would be moved out. Personally, I feel at least a discount in rate would have been appropriate.

Good place ........bad food
This is a very nice hotel for overnight or even an extended stay. However the breakfast buffet they offer is almost inedible I mean it is terribly bad so dont plan on it to get your day started.. Staff was great and the place was clean and comfortable, a bit dated but very nice.

Good value stay
This motel is conveniently located but is not near the downtown area. Mapquest had us driving around and around to find it. Lighting for reading is needed. Room smelled of a fragrance spray.

Only adequate
This hotel is only ok. While some rooms may have been updated recently, many are sorely in need of an update. My wife said, "The 80s called and they want their hotel room back." She wasn't very far off the mark. We were happy that we were only staying one night.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool towels were all dirty and no clean towels available. Breakfast was good and the complimentary drink during happy hour was nice after a long day of shopping!

a nice place to relax
This is a wonderful place to relax and rewind from hectic city life. We stopped here for one night on our way down from Seattle to the Bay Area. The room was quiet and spacious with nice views of trees and landscaped gardens from the small balcony and also from the entryway. In the morning, you can take a swim in the heated outdoor pool or an indoor pool with a hot tub. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh fruit, sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, tortillas, salsa, chopped bell peppers, etc. along with coffee and juices. We will definitely return here again the next chance we have.

quiet, peaceful and tranquil getaway
The staff was helpful and friendly. The setting is beautiful and off the main road. It felt like we stepped into another space as soon as we walked into our suite. It was well appointed with a mini kitchen, sitting area and gas fireplace. The Bend area is rich with biking, hiking and skiing up until July! There are probably more golf venues per capita than any place I've ever been.

Anthony's Restaurant at The Shops in the Old Mill District offers a great 4 coarse dinner before 6 pm. If you can manage to eat this early, you can have your choice seating inside or on the patio.
