Fantastic Stay for Couples and Family.
Went for a Romantic Ski Vacation. Had a fabulous time. Warm and friendly staff. Great little extras. Breakfast was a couple steps up from the typical continental. The social hour was a great time to enjoy complementary local beer and wine and share travel stories. Plus a Noon check-out. I was able to drop some ski diehards off at the mountain and come back, relax, pack up with plenty of time. Two things that stopped me from giving it a 5. First, lack of hot tub kept us wanting. After a cold active day on the mountain this is huge. Second, Bed comfort was only average. Again a long active day on the mountain leaves you dreaming a soft fluffy warm bed. All that considered I was more than pleased with our stay and would come again!

We live in Bend and chose this hotel!
My wife and I live in Bend. We have stayed at the Inn many years ago but I thought we would stay here again for our 38th anniversary. I certainly was not disappointed. Its my choice in Bend when you want to really treat yourself! I loved the in-room jacuzzi, breakfast, Happy Hour, etc. When [...], the manager, found out it was our anniversary, we returned in the evening to a nice note with complementary champagne & chocolate strawberries. You don't get that special attention in a big hotel setting!
