No wonder it was empty!
Location is good. That's the positive. Motel needs a complete makeover - inside and outside. Other than location, motel presents no amenities. Next trip will consider Fairfield Inn across the street.

I went with one of their less expensive room without a river view and found it very comfortable and quiet. Also the front desk was friendly and helpful. This room fitted my needs perfectly for this trip. I have stayed here before in a cottage with a fantastic river view and would highly recommended the added cost if you plan to walk along the river and spend you days relaxing at the motel.

Meh
Slow internet, couldn't even get it to work the first day. The front desk girl just said that it doesn't always work. Finally got the lady working the next day to reset the router and it worked, but was extremely slow. The room smelled weird and didn't seem very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower head was gross and sprayed everywhere. No remote for the tiny TV. Very overpriced, super 8 is a lot cheaper for basically the same cheap, tacky room. The pool was nice, the hot tub was ok, but only like half of the jets worked. The sauna was out of order.

Great for the price!
The only thing I didn't like was that half the units were hotel units and the rest were apartment units with long term tenants.

Overall you can't beat the price for being on the river and adjoining a park. Also walking distance to downtown! Average rooms and nothing special about it but we don't spend much time in our room anyway!

Great location
The Bend Riverside Motel has a great location within walking distance of downtown and right on the river. Very relaxing. The room had a kitchen that was nicely stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The gas fireplace was a nice touch on cold nights. The exterior upkeep needs a little attention as hallways were dirty and paint was peeling.
