Disappointed Triathlete
Friendly Staff, Unpleasant Rooms
I've stayed at a number of Best Westerns and am always impressed. Not so much with this one. While the staff were very friendly, the rooms were the quality of a thirty dollar per night motel off an abandoned highway. Our room smelled like smoke (not good since we had come to Bend for a race) and there were drunk guys above us shouting and moving furniture around until 4 in the morning.

OK place, not exceptional
I was in town during an event weekend, so I was lucky to get a room at anyplace that wasn't a dive. Pros: The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Check in and out were fine. The location was convenient, though not a very pleasant part of town. Cons: I thought it had a workout room, if it did, I couldn't find it. Continental breakfast was pretty bad. The TV wasn't working properly. The wireless internet was pretty intermitent.
