Quick pre-xmas trip

Only stayed one night. Check-in went smoothly, and room was pretty much like the web-site photos showed. Floor peeling up by the tub/shower in the bathroom, and other than that, it was in good shape.

A really good bargain!

I would have to say that the staff is very nice and helpful. I really liked that it had a kitchenette because I prefer to cook my own meals. There are no frills but it is a great bargain for anyone who wants to save a little money. It isn't very far from shopping or the freeway. The only complaint that I have is that the beds are a little on the hard side but other than that I really enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't care about amenities and who wants to save some money.

Clean & friendly service.

Front desk was extremely friendly. Room was clean and they provided toiletries at front desk. No frills - just clean and friendly. Would definitely stay here again for the value. Wish it was closer to downtown Portland. It was about 10 miles out.

Great hotel, worthless [...].

The hotel was great. Great room, nice kitchenette, decent bathrooms and shower. One heck of a noisy bathroom fan, but overall a nice, quiet and relaxing weekend. I was, however, quite displeased with [...]. When I called them to add a night to my stay, they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes while she called the hotel I was staying at to see what their rates would be for the extra day. If I wanted to figure that out, I would have called the front desk and asked in 30 seconds instead of 45 minutes on the phone with a completely un-helpful lady.

Good location, great staff!

The staff were great, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the tidy, the size was perfect for what I needed, having the kitchenette was great. I was worried about the noise from being off a busy road but it was just fine and you're minutes from all outdoor malls, good food and shopping. It was a lovely stay! Just wish the bed was a bit softer.

Place Sucks

This motel sucked. No trash cans in the room, I threw everything in the sink. The walls were so thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms on all sides. The bed covers were stained, the blanket ripped the mattress hard & lumpy the pillow smelled like disinfectant. Yea sure it had a kitchen type of setup but all the other distractions...I'd have rather stayed at Motel 6. I'll never go back to a Homestead Extended stay.

Nice hotel

We went for our 3 yr anniversary. This hotel was set in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Beaverton OR, but not to far (20 min) from downtown Portland. If you went to down for the nightlife of Portland but want a quiet stay here's your place. The bed was somewhat hard but it was clean, had everything you needed for the kitchen, and the coffee pot had coffee and sugar n cream. It was better then motel 6 for the price and overall comfort.
