We stayed in Albany the night before the Civil War 2010 because Corvallis was sold out. We arrived around 9pm and were greeted warmly. Out room was clean and had a fridge and microwave that we were not expecting. We were out the door at 4:30am, checkout was super easy. I would stay there again to cut down on the drive before or after a football game.

Great Service and overall value
Check was very fast. The man at the front desk was friendly and prepared. The room was clean, grounds were well maintained and the hotel in general was a good value.

Close to I-5, shopping and fairgrounds.
We were there for the Equine Expo. We enjoyed our room, it was clean and for us the bed was comfortable. But we did think there could have been more choices of breakfast items and more channels on the t.v. But I still would stay there again if for nothing else the beds. Not to hard or to soft.

Econo Lodge Albany
We stayed at this hotel due to the close proximaty to Timberlinn Park for the Wah Chang Art & Air Show. Good place to stay to be close to the event, within walking distance. Especially the balloon launch in the morning, can walk to that end of the park in a few minutes. Disappointed the pool had been filled in. Basic accomodations, nothing special, but clean and close to the event. The cost was unbeatable.

Disapointed on mom's weekend
It was just okay
We where a late arival, which I did state at the time of booking. We requested a non-smoking room and there were none left when we got there and we ended up in the most disgusting stinky room, and the lock did not work so we had to have their guy come to fix it at 12:00 at night. I had to beg to get moved into a non smoking room the next day. I would not stay here again.

City Park
If you're here to go to the park (which has three softball diamonds) this is the place for you.The room was spacious and quiet but took a while to get into. After checking back three times,I was finally allowed to check in. The hotel shares a parking lot with an oriental restaraunt, otherwise the only other thing near (walking distance) is a Dennys about a mile away next to an Adult establishment. The hotel pool was closed for the season for mechanical difficulties and was full of dark brown stagnant water.
