Tulsa Select Hotel and Conference Center

The hotel is good to stay for one or two days. The staff is not friendly.

The hotel conditions are poor and needs to be remodel. The carpet needs to be changed. It looks too old that can't be cleaned any more. They were not able pull my reservation. They even asked if I paid for the reservation even when I provided confirmation. Poor customer service from the staff.

The motel was nothing like advertised on the internet. My first clue that something was wrong should have been the steaming hot lobby when I checked in. There was no refrigerator or microwave as promised. They did eventually bring me those things, but I had to ask for them. The motel was very dreary and dark. The fitness room was there, but the electrical equipment didn't work. There was not an ice machine in the whole place that worked, other than behind the front desk. I had to go ask for wash rags every evening because the maids wouldn't leave clean ones. The first morning, the rag I used had big grease stains on it. The television service was very limited; no Fox News, movies,special interest, or any local channels whatsoever, maybe 10 channels in all. The only semi-positive thing I can say about the hotel is that the wireless internet was good; when it worked! One last parting shot. I'm not much of a drinker, but I don't expect to have to pay the price of a bottle of Jack Daniels for a Jack and Coke. The little lounge was alright, but not very appealing and the bartender left a lot to be desired...I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone who can afford better.

Last year I stayed here and I had a terrible stay. I thought I would never come back. But a co-worker stayed here and said it was not how I described it. I must admit that there were a lot of changes, and they now have security that really does a great job. I have decided to come back to Tulsa Select Hotel. They have impressed me with the changes they have made. Keep up the good work.

The hotel room door looked as if a Police raid had happened. As the night came and I was ready to go to bed the roaches started to come out. And when I got up the next morning I had a rash on my leg. Not to mention the staff was not very friendly. I would rather spend the night in my car than to stay at the Tulsa Select again!!!

the hotel was very dreary. the first room we they put me in was dirty and dingy. the bathroom was old and need major repairs. i asked to be upgraded and they could not do it but was able to more me to the 4th floor. this room was a little nicer and the bathroom was newer or updated in the 20th century! The outdoor pool was shared with the red roof hotel that was next door. this area was also dingy and poorly lit. it looked unsafe. most not all of the employees had no idea of the main attractions going on in the area and had no idea about directions. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying there any time soon.
