Great location andeasy to find with provided instructions. We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk, actually two, and were in our rooms in nothing flat.Room was very nice! Appreciated the comfy sheets and luxurious towels. Didn't find the coffee stuff until the next day--how clever to put everything in a decorative box!We were attemdomg a convention and the meeting rooms were good--needed a bit more signage and air adjustment. The first day the rooms were stuffy and warm. The second day they were perfect!LOVED the breakfast deal that we got with [...]. It is a little confusing how it all works but with help from the waitstaff in the restaurant-we managed to have wonderful breakfast each morning. The variety and freshmess of the food on the buffet was amazing. Loved that great fruit (and two paying options for our paying friends for the buffet)and healthy choices were available. Our friend hat wasn't lucky enough to gt the breakfast deal could get just the cold bar or order off the menu if he didn't want the whole thing. Our waitress each morning was so nice and friendly...AND johnny on the spot. What a great dining experience.The banquet food was tasty and beautifully plated. The wait staff were so eager to please and we did not want for anything.We took advantage of the local shuttle. Steve was awesome. He was on time both coming and going. What a treat it was to be dropped off right at the door--especially since it was raining(yes, the one time in a week or so!)Lastly, so pleased that there wre apples available all day. Being a picky eater an a weight watcher, it was most appreciated.We really had a great time and I hope to come back again.

Good location. Close to family in tulsa. Loved biking riverwalk. No HD television. Hallway very very heavy mildew smell from waterleaks room ok holiday inn express better beds. Room clean. Staff friendly

In town for State basketball championships at the Mabee Center 10 blks away. I booked this hotel $99.00 regular or $119 w/breakfast buffet for 2 adults. We went with the breakfast option. The hotel was beautiful. The staff very helpful and professional. The whirlpool eased the long miles on the road away!!!However, (lesson learned), When booking through any source that is NOT that company's computer system (ie [...], you must have your printed copy/confirmation validating that the rate includes anything extra... they had nothing in their computer, and I didn't bring my printed confirmation to verify the breakfast option.The courteous staff explained the situstion to us but gave us the vouchers for breakfast anyway. Superb customer service!!! A+++++++

The overall quality was good. Very clean room and courteous staff.

first off, the room I requested was not available when I checked in. I accepted an alternative room, but when I went, the door was stuck shut. I went back down to the front desk staff, who declined to send a maintenance man to help me, and just told me I had to push the door handle harder. I found a maintenance man on my own to help me get the door open.while the fitness center had been redone and updated since I last stayed there, the rooms were not well kept, and there were few amenities in the room and bathroom (save for water). I ordered a breakfast (continental with fruit, and a "to go" coffee cup) delivered the first morning. The order arrived timely, but without the fruit and without the "to go" coffee cup. After a complaint, a server brought the fruit, and an additional china cup, insisting that was what was meant by a "to go" cup. I found a paper "to go" cup by the coffee maker in the room, but the provided top did not fit the paper cup, so when I tried to use it, the coffee leaked all over me.I was there 3 full days, and a paper was provided on the first 2 mornings, but not the third (which was still a weekday). On check out, the TV check out did not work, so I went to the front desk, and it turns out the staff on duty did not know how to provide a receipt on an [...] reservation.I travel to Tulsa 4-5 times/year, and have done so for more than 6 years. While this hotel is most convenient to where I need to be, due to my experiences over the years I much prefer to stay at the Doubletree at 61st and Yale, due to the quality of staff service. It has been more than 2 years since I stayed at this Marriott, and I need to plan a function in the next year for 60+ people, so I thought I would give this hotel another try. I will not be going back.

The Hotel was excellent! Very confortable beds, large rooms with widescreen tv's. No hidden charges like the last Marriott charging for parking, internet and TV. The service was very friendly and helpfull. The food and entertainment was also very good. I would not hesitate to reccoment this hotel to anyone visiting Tulsa. It was my first visit to Tulsa and it left a great impression. Thanks Marrriott.

Compared to other tulsa Hotels this is one of the better ones

The hotel was very clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and professional. Everything was great I shall stay again in the near future
