Might have been a nice stay, if...
The location was nice and fairly quiet. The hotel was old and a little run down. The bad thing about my stay was that a water pipe had broken somewhere and the shut off valve was in my room. They woke me at 1:30 in the morning to shut it off. Traveling as a woman it was scary to open the door to ANY man at 1:30 am!!! The carpet in part of my room was wet (probably due to the broken pipe). [...]...so much for any money for my trouble.

Gross!
We arrived late at night and was expecting a good nights sleep. The hotel was not very clean at all, the tub had hair in it, the blanket had rips in it, the pillows were stained, the carpet was stained, the kitchen counter was dirty and the tub was also stained. Not to mention we were supposed to have a room with a couch and fireplace and when we got there they said they had moved us to a different room, it had nothing that the description stated. When my husband complained they just said sorry and said "well you booked with [...]" I felt so uncomfortable the whole night I couldnt even sleep, I would not stay there again.

huge room
The room is like an apartment. Huge comfortable bed, full kitchen with dinnerware, dressing room, large bathroom, nice towels, good staff. they welcomed our pet. Decent continental breakfast. A cool, funky 50's diner down the road.

Great value
The Guesthouse Inn has all the amenities of an extended stay hotel. The rooms were large, with a great kitchen and living space. Breakfast was complimentary and better than I expected. Overall this hotel was a great value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

Nightmare
I could not wait to check out and did not get a good night's sleep. There were teenagers in the courtyard at 11 PM and they were very loud. We were almost ran over by a kid on a scooter going into the room, also at 11 PM. I would not walk bare foot in the room at all and there was an awful musty smell. When we checked out the clerk was very unfriendly and dirty. I very bad experience!

My review of GuestHouse Inn & Suites Tulsa
GuestHouse was very run down, doors in the ketichen were broken off and you could not open them, the doors on the dresser were broken, part of the light bulbs were burned out and the room was far from being clean at all I have stayed there many times before and all ways been clean and well maintained but this place has gone to the dogs. the worst I have ever stayed any where.

Pool area was nice
The hotel suited our purposes while we visited friends in Tulsa. We wanted a place with a pool and a free breakfast and that's what we got. You could tell the rooms were older but they were large which was nice, it seemed like they were old one bedroom apartments that had been converted into a hotel rooms. The pool area with lawnchairs was nice to lay out at. However the main activities in tulsa are around 71st street and this was about a 10+ minutes away. But it was a good value so it was worth it.

Good place to call home
This was very comfortable with kitchen that included dinnerware, cooking pans and utensils, a sitting area that included a fireplace and sofa. We had to be there for four days and it felt quite homey and comfortable. The maid service isn't done over the weekend but if we wanted or needed anything there was no problem in getting it from the office. We liked it very much and would definitely stay there again.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
There's really not anything right next to it but going in either direction about 2 miles there's lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful in suggestions and directions.
