Bad

we went to relax and enjoy the sauna, hot tube and pool for two days, well the sauna was broke the hote tube was broke it was ice cold and the pool was ice cold so we didnt get to enjoy anything and wasted 162 dollars that we couldve used at a different hotel with working stuff. i tried to get a refund so we could do so but got refused.

Good value for short business stay

The hotel was decent value for the price. Room was quite clean, although interior decor was somewhat dark and cheerless. The king bed was comfortable. The beverage vending machine on my floor did not seem to be working properly (would not accept dollar bills). Breakfast offerings in the morning were rather limited. Location near a major freeway was convenient, although hotel's road entrance seemed a bit awkward to find at first.

Relaxing Get Away

Room was sufficient for my needs. Asphalt repairs in the parking lots around the hotel made it awkward to get in and out. Also, not much vacuuming which gave an unkempt appearance throughout the hotel. Not much pride from the staff in the appearance of the hotel.

trip

I found this hotel to be very quiet. Their were at least three softball teams of teenage girls staying there at the same time I was, and I rarely even heard them when they were in the hall. The room was spotless. The shower was powerful so you felt really clean, not like some of the low power showers at pricier hotels. Access to the internet was quick and easy. The only negative was the wind noise around the window. It may have to do with 25mph winds everyday, but it was not bad enough to disturb my sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

The Bass Pro shop is only 4 miles from the hotel straingt down 61st street. No way to get lost. There is a large mall less than 10 minutes away. Almost any restraunt you can name is anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes away.

very nice, clean rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and workout room nice. Deep snow made it hard to get there. More snow should have been shoveled.

Average Hotel, Good Location

Hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and easy. The hotel was nothing special but it seemed to be in good condition. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy with people going in and out of their rooms all night but it wasn't bad. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the location and the price. It was close to Dave & Busters and the Woodland Hills Mall. It was under $70 so that was important to me. The breakfast was good but I don't like to eat a lot at breakfast anyways.

Were the reviews true - you bet!

I read all the reviews and decided it was to good to be true, at this price anyway! The reviews of other hotels were not as good so I took a chance and WOW! My room was large, a great King bed, made up everyday, full bathroom with everything one would need, even an ironing board. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a waffle to rival good restaurants, cereal, sweet rolls, muffins, juice etc. This place looked good on the outside and kept on giving. The ONLY problems were at first I could not figure out how to activate the shower (not a big problem - it worked great once I learned the secret), and the remote would not activate the closed captioning (desk clerk was no help). The carpet is showing its age, but was clean and the hotel looks a lot newer. Great price and nice place.

Ask about Cheddars, a fun place down the road a short distance.
